Le Gorgonie Villa Botti is a very cosy apartment block situated in the center of Latte Ventimiglia, Italy. It offers a shared park with a lawn, trees, and a seasonal swimming pool (16 x 8 m, depth 100 - 180 cm) available from July 1st to August 31st, with opening hours from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM. The property also features an outdoor shower, a yard, internet WiFi access, and an installment plan option for your holiday rental.

The property boasts a shared park area with a fenced lawn and trees, along with a seasonal swimming pool measuring 16 x 8 meters and a depth ranging from 100 to 180 cm. The pool is available for use during the summer months, from July 1st to August 31st, with designated opening hours from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Nearby attractions include the Giardini Hanbury (8 kilometers away), Ventimiglia Alta (4 kilometers away), and Balzi Rossi (8 kilometers away). The sandy beach is approximately 800 meters away, while the pebble beach is just 50 meters from the property.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 2-room apartment called "Vista Mare" that spans 70 square meters across two levels on the first floor. The apartment was renovated in 2022 and features a tasteful and cozy interior design. On the main level, you'll find a living/dining room with a double sofa bed (160 cm wide and 200 cm long) and a TV, as well as access to a balcony. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, and a kettle, and also leads out to the balcony. Upstairs, there is an open room with two beds (each 80 cm wide and 200 cm long), as well as a shower, bidet, and toilet.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you can expect to enjoy amenities such as a dishwasher, heating (available only from November 1st to April 30th), a television, and a maximum occupancy of four guests. The apartment features one bedroom and one bathroom. Additionally, the unit provides a baby cot for children up to two years old and complimentary WiFi internet access.
