The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and free Wi-Fi to ensure your maximum comfort during your stay.

The Space
Venice Glass is an elegant apartment located on the third floor of a building with an elevator (a true rarity in Venice), right behind the Church of San Giacomo dall’Orio. Centrally located, it is easily accessible on foot from both Piazzale Roma and the train station, and just a 15-minute walk from the Rialto Bridge. The area offers plenty of amenities and is very popular with Venetians; it is also close to the Natural History Museum.

The apartment features a master bedroom with a view of the canal and the square below, complete with a comfortable double bed and two wardrobes for guests’ use. The living room is cozy and includes a double sofa bed, making the apartment suitable for up to 4 people. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals.

The bathroom is small but fully equipped with a shower and bidet. To ensure maximum comfort, both the living room and the bedroom are equipped with air conditioning.

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

We’ll welcome you in person upon your arrival and provide you with all the information you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We’ll be available for any needs you may have, either through Airbnb messaging or by phone at the number provided to you.

The tourist tax is NOT included in the price. Check-in is free from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-ins after 8:00 PM are subject to availability and incur an additional fee to be paid upon arrival:

- From 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €35
- From 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM: €50
We cannot guarantee check-in after 12:30 AM.

Upon arrival, you will be asked to present a valid ID, as required by national law, to complete the registration process.

Finally, please note that trash disposal is not included in the cleaning fees.
