We’ll welcome you personally upon your arrival and provide you with all the information you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We’ll be available to assist with any needs, either via Airbnb messaging or by phone at the number we’ll provide.

The tourist tax is NOT included in the price and must be paid upon arrival.
It is €4 per person per night for adults, €2 per night for children between the ages of 10 and 16 (not yet 16), and children under the age of 10 are exempt. Upon arrival, you will also be asked to present a valid ID, as required by national law, to complete the registration process.

Check-in is free of charge from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For check-ins after 8:00 PM, availability is limited, and the following surcharges apply, payable upon arrival:

From 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €35
From 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM: €50
We cannot guarantee check-in after 12:30 a.m.

After 8:00 p.m., you can check in on your own by filling out the online check-in form and scheduling an appointment with our staff for the following day, between 9:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., so we can verify your identity and collect the tourist tax.

Finally, please note that trash disposal is not included in the cleaning fees.
