The close proximity to the train station was the best feature; the continental breakfast was also a plus, although the choices were limited. The accommodation/room was subpar. Things were falling (or fell) apart including the electrical outlet covers, the toilet paper holder, the shower door handles, and the curtains, The shower doors/partitions did not function properly and the shower had mold in it. The hair dryer did not work. This hotel is not recommended, especially if you are seeking good value for your money.

Great proximity to the train station, literally a two minute walk away. Rooms and linen were clean. Breakfast basic but a good start to the day. Perfect for a stop over when visiting Venice or Trevino

Staff was wonderful. The breakfast was satisfying and the location to the train station was helpful. I would recommend that they use a mattress pad to make the mattress more comfortable or upgrade the mattresses.

Avoid this place- there are better options if you want to be near then train. The room didn't match the listing. It was advertised with a TV, safe, fridge and bathtub, and had none of them. The sheets had hair and debris, there was a stained towel and mold in the shower, and the window handle came off in my hand. When I asked for a different room, they wanted $425 more. I left after 1 of 4 nights and booked elsewhere, and the hotel refused to refund the 3 nights I didn't use.

Excellent hosts, went above and beyond to help us with our room and also printing out the city pass qr codes for us. Great location over the road from the train station. Good free breakfast. Room was more than enough for one night. Would recommend

the hotel has some neat old quality like the chandeliers and the wood..the staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was very nice..room was a good size and in good location near the bus station to get bus to airport the next day

The hotel is very convenient for airport drop off and the train station is only seconds away. The couple of things i thought could have made it better was. No toast only hard rolls and crispbreads. No salad to go with the meat and cheeses on offer. The 2nd thing was no shelving to store toiletries, we had to open the window and use the shelving. Not enough working sockets.

Very inconvenient check-in end time for travelers, not indicated in the check-in time section, front desk closed at 8pm, not like a regular HOTEL doing, we arrived at 9pm and won’t be able to check in, Expedia staff called the hotel nobody answered, we ended up with having to find another place to stay for that night with extra cost, very bad experience
