Comfortable and spacious. Very accommodating staff. Very easy access to the bus station and to Venice. Very secure. We did have trouble with the hot water - only enough for one short shower

Perfect distance from train station and fine for staying one night. Expedia did not note you must notify the landlord of when you arrive regardless of check in time - so we were delayed as we had a communication error with arrival time. Check in was longer than expected though the landlord was thorough.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Excellent accueil, l'hôte est de bon conseil et très arrangeant. C'est un appartement pratique à 5 mins des commodités (bus pour Venise toutes les 10 mins, supermarché, petits restaurants). Il manque peut-être des couverts dans la cuisine afin de convenir à tous les habitants.

Eden Venice on Mestre

TV not working, water not hot for a shower and could only accommodate 1 person. Booked a double bed room but I know I got a three quarter. Owner not friendly at all and rushes people to get to apartment so he can leave. Very unprofessional, the lady who assisted with check in was friendly and tried to speak proper English.

Really helpful host - always on hand to answer questions. The room had everything that I needed with access to a shared bathroom and kitchen. It's a great place to stay as it is so easy to get to Mestre station and then into Venice, and it's more quiet and tucked away then the main row of hotels. I'd definitely stay here again if and when I come back to Venice.

Good location, just 300mtrs from Mestre station. Nice apartment with a adequately equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. A locker and a TV in the room would have been better. TV is provided in the small lounge area.
