Leave your worries behind and take a dip in our exquisite, sun-drenched pool☀️!!! THIS FABULOUS VACATION HOME IS FULLY FURNISHED AND SLEEPS 8, YOU'LL FIND EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KEEP YOUR FAMILY BOTH COMFORTABLE AND ENTERTAINED!

We are located in South Venice and WALKING DISTANCE to grocery stores, shopping centers and restaurants.
You will be within 10 minutes of many beaches: Venice Beach, Caspersen Beach (a lot shark tooth), Manasota Beach and for your furry friend the specially designed Brohard Paw Park Beach. It is also just few minute drive to world famous Sharky's Pier and Venice Jetty know for its great fishing and beautiful sunsets!!!

We are 25 minutes from Warm Mineral Springs Park which is known for it's 87 degree water and high mineral content. You might also enjoy Sharky's Restaurant with beautiful view , Lemon Bay Park, Legacy Trails, and Downtown Venice, Siesta Key#1 Beach (only 25 min drive) in Sarasota!!!

SITUATED IN A QUIET NEIGHBOURHOOD, THE HOME IS LOCATED A SHORT DISTANCE FROM SEVERAL ATTRACTIONS INCLUDING A BEAUTIFUL BEACH, SHOPPING, CAFES AND MARKETS, GOLF COURSE AND PARK.

THE HOME COMFORTABLY SLEEPS 7-8 PEOPLE. IT OFFERS A MASTER BEDROOM WITH A QUEEN BED AND ADJOINING BATHROOM AND EXTRA BUNK BED FOR CHILDREN. SECOND BEDROOM INCLUDES KING BED AND THE THIRD BEDROOM HAS SOFA QUEEN SIZE.

THE HOME FEATURES A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN (with reverse osmosis water filter), BREAKFAST AREA, DINING SPACE AND SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM. IN THE LIVING ROOM, EQUIPPED WITH A LARGE SMART TV WITH A FREE WIFI INTERNET AND CABLE.

THE OUTDOOR SPACE FEATURES A 4 SEASON ROOM WITH COMFORTABLE FURNITURE AND TV, BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE AND SCREENED HEATED SWIMMING POOL.THE SUN DECK HAS BOTH A SUNNY AND SHADED AREA FOR YOUR ENJOYMENT . OTHER AMENITIES INCLUDE A CAR PARKING GARAGE, GRASSED AREA AND A BBQ.

Family of four getaway

We had a great week! Lots of beach time, shark tooth hunting and afternoon pool time. The home was exactly as it was listed: clean and well stocked- beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, sand toys, etc. Communication with the host was easy and efficient through the VRBO app. This was not our first time in the area so we knew where we wanted to go and what we wanted to do. We will be back!

Amazing Home With Everything You Need!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The home was well stocked with anything you can think of, clean, comfortable, and that is saying a lot as we are picky (my mom came and she was a travel agent so we like nice)! The host was incredibly responsive and flexible too. We had so much fun during our stay! We did a wonderful day trip to Sanibel Island (Ding Darling, Bailey Tract trail, Shell Museum, Manatee watching, and dinner on Captiva) and the drive was easy. We spent lots of time shark tooth hunting on Blind Pass Manasota beach, a dolphin boat tour, and lots of yummy eating around Venice (Sharky's, Dockside, Pinchers, and Gold Rush were some of our favorites). We will be back!

This property, its owners and neighbors exceeded our expectations. The house looks exactly like the photos, beautiful, and was well stocked with everything we needed. The pool and outdoor living space was relaxing and very private. The beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and shark tooth hunting accessories were a plus, as well as the bikes. The house is 2 blocks from the Venetian Waterway Trail, 3 miles from the nearest beach and has an abundance of stores and restaurants close by. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will rent again.

Annoying issues

ProsQuiet street and only a relatively short drive to the beach.ConsWe arrived to an unsecured property even though they knew our party was a girls trip leaving us feeling uncomfortable. We ran out of toilet paper and dish detergent and was encouraged to buy our own. (There were only two of us.) They eventually Amazon'ed some dish soap, to us, which arrived the evening before we checked out. Found a dirty band aid on the deck of the pool which was gross. The property is billed as having a heated pool, which is why we reserved there, but to use the heater for the pool it's a 140 up-charge! During the first two days, the kitchen and living area smelled strongly of fish and it was clear that the previous guests had been cooking fish there. We asked if there was a candle or spray we could use but were encouraged to go buy our own to deal with our own "sensitivities." It was suggested the odor was red tide, even though the smell was only in the house. We paid almost 2300 for the overall feeling that we were an inconvenience.

Venice Value!

Our family of 8 loved this house! It had plenty of space and entertainment options for everyone. It was also well supplied with all we needed for a few trips to the Beach. We loved the backyard lanai and the enclosed pool whenever we were around, but best of all this house was beautifully located in close proximity to Venice and other Gulf Coast features. It was only 2 miles from the closest beach and two blocks from the Venetian Waterway Bike Path, with bikes provided. Finally, for a large family like ours one of the things that drew us to this home in the first place was its reasonable price point. Hard to go wrong when you get all this for about the same nightly price as two hotel rooms!

This is a great home with a nice outdoor space and minutes to the beach. Communication from the hosts was excellent. Convenient to have beach chairs, bikes and other amenities to make your stay more convenient.

Awesome (minus the Hurricane)

Repeat customer. Love this house and location. The host was awesome as we had Hurricane Helene. He was always checking in to make sure we are ok. This place has everything you need and the new tile looks amazing on the pool. Will be back for a 3rd trip.

A nice getaway

The home was nice, clean and close to the places we wanted to be near. The neighbors are polite and the neighborhood is quiet. The ice cream truck a bonus. The rental has everything you need. The host is responsive to any questions. I would stay here again.
