Velký Osek is a beautiful, renovated single-family house located just 10 km from Poděbrady. This detached, two-story property offers a quiet and sunny position, 3 km from the lake and 3.5 km from the river. The fenced private property spans 600 m2 and features a garden with a lawn, a terrace with garden furniture, and central heating system. You can enjoy parking at the house or on the public road. The vacation rental is conveniently located near shops, a grocery store, a supermarket, a shopping center, restaurants, a bus stop, and a railway station.

The property boasts a private, fenced 600 m2 garden with a lawn, providing ample space for outdoor activities. A terrace with garden furniture is available for alfresco dining or relaxation.
