Staff members were all excellent. Reception and breakfast staff were friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Rooms and hotel were clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast buffet was wonderful.

Excellent Hotel with Beautiful Grounds

Beautiful modern hotel in an an excellent state of cleanliness and repair. The staff were very good, as was the buffet breakfast. Highly recommended and I would certainly stay there again.

Horrible experience

Good facility but very much disappointing for the professionalism and service mind of the front desk staffs. The staff ONLY asked us if we want the breakfast without informing us it will be charged even if we miss it. We couldn’t go the next morning and the front desk guy says we must pay for the breakfast even if we couldn’t come for breakfast because someone bought bread and sausages! We asked to pack them to go ,if so, he didn’t reply anything, not properly looking at us and just doing the computer things. Unbelievable way of treating customer and untrained staffs. I would understand if it was a small family hotel but unacceptable for the hotel chain like this; someone went to buy a bread for us???

Keine transparenten Stornogebühren. Bei der Buchung hat man den Anschein man kann kostenlos stornieren . Erst bei der Stornierung wird man darauf aufmerksam gemacht, das es sich um eine kostenpflichtige Stornierung handelt. Weder mit Expedia noch mit dem Hotel war eine Einigung möglich . Ich werde Rechtsmittel einleiten.

Godt, stille og behageligt, men sengene var betrukket med vådligger lagener, som dem man giver små børn. Dvs. man sveder helt vild og uhensigtsmæssig, da kroppen ikke kan ånde.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt nicht so erfreulich, da man uns beim Check-in nicht informierte, dass durch 2 gebuchte Hochzeitsfeiern im Hotel keine Möglichkeit für Getränke oder Speisen für Hausgäste vorhanden war. Dafür mußten wir extra in die Stadt fahren. Zudem war die Lärmbelastung in der Nacht - bis 3 Uhr- sehr unangenehm. An Schlafen war nicht zu denken. Das ist nicht akzeptabel - darüber MUSS man VOR dem Check-in bzw. bei der Buchung hingewiesen werden. Auch waren wir in unserem Zimmer einer unangenehmen Geruchsbelästigung ausgesetzt (aus den Abflüssen im Bad). SO kann man ein Zimmer nicht vermieten und daß das Personal an der Rezeption darüber vom Housekeeping nicht informiert wurde, ist unprofessionell. Das MUSS auch das Housekeeping gerochen haben. Also leider alles in allem ein nicht so schöner Aufenthalt, obwohl die Lage des Hotels so viel Positives versprach.

Hotel bello, curato, posizione Super comoda anche per visitare il centro. Inserito in un parco meraviglioso. Camera spaziosa, pulita, letto fantastico. Personale molto gentile. Ciò che ci è piaciuto meno è che Nella nostra camera mancava il frigobar e il parcheggio dell'hotel era a pagamento. Nella strada davanti comunque tutti i parcheggi sono gratuiti.
