Nice, modern hotel with decent sized & clean rooms. Very polite, international staff. Hotel is within Düsseldorf Altstadt, however, there is are train & bus stations near by (max 7 min walking distance) that take you into the core of Düsseldorf within 15 min.

A modem and clean hotel, in the upmarket Oberkastle area of Dusseldorf. The room on the 6 floor had a good city view, was a good size. Bed was very comfy. There’s even a Kamps cafe right next door with delicious breads and pastries. Only two drawbacks: no free drinking water after the first night, and nothing English on TV except the news. Good for a short business or leisure stay.

Çoğu otel 4 kişi olduğunuzda size double bed yanında çekyat önerisinde bulunuyor ancak burada oldukça büyük ve temiz bir oda, 2 adet king boy büyük yatak sunuyor. Yataklar ve yastıklar aşırı rahat. Banyo temiz havlular çok iyi. Otelin otopark girişi biraz karışık, ve günlük olarak fiyatlandırılıyor. Resepsiyonda değil, parkomatta ödüyorsunuz.Otele aracınızla giriş yaptığınızda ücret ödemeden aynı gün içimde birden fazla giriş çıkış yapılıyor mu emin değilim. Kahvaltı dahil konakladık. Türk damak tadına uygun olarak peynir zeytin ,çocuklar için pankek mevcuttu.

Odadaki içme suları ağzı açılıp kapatılabilinen şişelere dolduruluyordu. Şişeler sürekli kullanıldığından eskimişti. Doldurma su hijyenik olmaz. Tek kullanımlık diş fırçası, diş macunu, terlik istemeden vermiyorlar. Havlularda her gün yenilenmiyordu. Oda havalandırması ve ısıtması yeterli değildi ve gürültülü çalışıyordu. Kahvaltısı da çok yeterli değildi Bunun yanında iyi olan tek şey, çalışan personelin güler yüzü ve yardımcı olma çabasıydı
