NEW - FULL BACKUP POWER GENERATOR AND WATER CISTERN. The power and water go out frequently in PR. Don't get stuck without electricity or clean running water!  
  
Oversized 3BR/3BA, 2nd floor villa with 20' vaulted ceilings featuring stunning ocean views in Lakeside Villas. This unit is flooded with natural light. The oversized, private patio overlooks the ocean and is surrounded by lush tropical greenery and relaxing palm trees. Did I mention the sounds of the waves and a steady ocean breeze?  
  
Enter the villa from your 2 reserved parking spaces just outside. 1 flight of steps lead up from the parking area to your double front door which opens into the entry foyer and the large open living room and dining room with 20' vaulted ceilings and an adjacent oversized kitchen and 2 sets of French doors opening to your oversized, private terrace also with vaulted ceilings and 3 ceiling fans. You'll immediately notice windows and natural light everywhere with spectacular views in every direction.  
  
Separated from the main living areas, there are 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and an oversized laundry room with modern, full-size washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a king bed with multiple windows. 2 of those bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms while the 3rd bedroom has a bathroom just across the hall.  
  
If you're looking for comfort, this is the place for you. The mattresses, pillows, sheets, duvets and towels are new.  
• Primary Bedroom (ensuite): 1 King bed. Includes vaulted ceilings, a desk, an individual/dedicated AC unit controlled by Nest thermostat, walk-in closet, Roku TV, double vanity, shower and tub.

Lakeside Villas is a secure, gated, family friendly community with 24/7 security, 3 pools, playground, tennis, ping pong and more! The secluded, sandy beach is in a protected cove shared only with the Hyatt Residence Club Dorado while Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve is just down the road.  
  
Location and type of villa within Lakeside Villas make a big difference. There are 1st floor villas and 2nd floor villas in the Lakeside Villas community. 2nd floor villas offer much higher ceilings, more windows, more privacy, and better views. The added volume, as well as the added natural light, provides a feeling of a much larger unit. Separately, there are \~100 villas in the community with varying proximity to the beach and/or roads. This villa is one of the closest to the beach and the main pool. Finally, this villa's view and terrace are one of the best in the entire community.

This beautiful, spacious condo is the perfect winter getaway for families who live in the frozen north. It has a nice view of the private beach a short walk away. Grocery stores and restaurants are conveniently located. There were some glitches due to the rapid turnaround of this popular vacation destination, but the owners immediatelyfixed them.

The unit was perfect for me and a couple work colleagues in town for meetings. Plenty of space in the unit. The porch is awesome and even though we were there for work we made it down the short walk to the beach a couple of times. The overall community was nice as well and felt very secure.

#### Beautiful Condo in Dorado

My family met in Dorado for a reunion. The condo is beautiful, spacious and fully equipped. We couldn't ask for anything more. The grounds are extremely well maintained and close to the town and the Ritz (where the rest of our family was staying). There is a paved walkway to the beach. There is also tennis courts, gym, pool and playground! There are some pool floats in the condo. The host, Joshua, replied within 5 minutes to any questions and even asked for feedback how to improve! We couldn't think of any improvements. I highly recommend this spacious condo!

#### Amazing stay near Dorado!

We stayed for 4 nights in Josh’s villa. The villa is large and well appointed including plenty of towels and beach towels, beach gear (chairs, umbrella, toys, etc) and comfortable beds/furniture. The kitchen has everything you would need. The AC works beautifully with multiple nest controls throughout. We ate meals and spent lots of time enjoying the large deck/lanai. It was also really helpful to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The location is perfect - 7 minute drive to dorado beach and 10 minute drive to the Supermax grocery store. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk, is beautiful and sandy and has shade. It was nearly empty most of the time! The waves are decent size but our 1 and 2 year olds loved it. Obviously we had to be on top of them the whole time at their ages. The pool is shallow, clean and convenient. We even used the small gym a few times which was a bonus. Josh couldn’t have been any better as a host - incredibly responsive and even gave great recommendations for restaurants nearby. Grappa was fantastic! We can’t say enough good things about Josh and the villa. Most highly recommended!

The Villa was so nice, we loved every bit of it. Beautiful ocean view from the patio and living area. The 3 king beds were amazing and so comfortable. (I ordered the same duvet cover to be delivered before I got home). Also each bedroom has its own thermostat so that was great as my husband and I don’t like it as freezing as one of my daughters does. The location is very nice in an upscale community with a guard gate to get in. There is a private beach just steps from the villa and the house has 5-6 chairs that you sling on as a backpack and head to the beach with. The beach is so beautiful too. Definitely would give the beach area 10 stars They also had beach towels and beach toys for everyone to borrow. The kitchen has everything you need, we cooked breakfast every morning except the last day we walked the beach to the Hyatt resort next door and ate at the outside beach bar. Josh was great with communication and helped us navigate a lot. He gave us pins of locations to go and even helped with where to park in old San Juan. Check in was so easy with a lockbox outside in fact we just used it each time we locked up and went to explore. I’d highly recommend this villa for your stay! It exceeded my expectations and was wonderful for my family vacation.
