Northampton Cove - Waterfront Lake Home & Game Room

Northampton Cove - Waterfront Lake Home & Game Room

10/10 Excellent
"This house offers more than can be described on its listing.Clean, spacious, and ideal layout for adults on one side and kids on the other side of the house. The detached garage was a great escape after a day on the water. We didn’t have time to use the hot tub during our stay but there is a nice view from its location. The kitchen had what we needed and everything seemed brand new.We traveled with 4 teenage girls and the house accommodated all 6 of us easily."

Spectacular - Main Lake Home - Huge Dock - Sleeps 18

8/10 Good
"Overall the property was big enough for all the family. The property dies need a good deep clean there was lots of cob webs in windows looking over lake. One bedroom downstairs had exposed pipes so no one waned to sleep there. Cleaners crew was there for about 30 minutes past the time to check in. Think worth the money if the upgraded bedroom and did a deep clean inside and out. We did have a wonderful stay and the view is gorgeous."

"We loved this property! Perfect location, great views. The house has 3 king master suites which is great for a multi-family trip. The house has a wonderful layout which creates so much space. The back deck was perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails while cooking dinner. This house has a full size Blackstone griddle which we used every day for breakfast and dinner. The boat dock has a covered bar and we also put up our easy up for some extra shade while relaxing at the boathouse as it gets full afternoon sun. We took large floats and tied up for hours of floating and fun for the kids. We were able to dock boats on either side of the boathouse. The kids used the paddle boards and kayaks. Just can’t say enough about how much we loved this house and its proximity to the shore. Wish our week wasn’t already over!"

Executive Mansion at Lake Gaston sleeps 40 and has HEATED POOL.

10/10 Excellent
"We had a great time at the Executive Mansion with our family of 24 people. The house was very spacious and the amenities were great. Having a pool was a definite plus and it got a lot of use. The kitchen had just about everything we could need and made meal prep very easy. We rented the boat and went fishing almost every day. We caught more fish on this trip than any other vacations we have been on, and we didn’t even have to travel that far from the house. We had a few minor issues, but the home owner was very responsive in addressing them. When you spend as much as we did on a vacation property you expect everything to be perfect. However, it’s a rental property, so it’s going to show some signs of wear and tear. Did any of these issues detract from our overall experience? Not really, so I’m not going to dive into the specifics. Would we go back? Our group likes to try different places each time, but if we were to go back to Lake Gaston, the Executive Mansion would definitely be on the list."

"Carried Away way more than met our expectation. Since the early '80's we have had family reunions and this was the best. The house, location and lake made the difference. Members from 8 to 88 had the time of their lives. The Bardone Family"

"Home was clean and inviting. Host was very accommodating and communicated through every step of the process. Dennis was very easy to reach with any questions. We also rented his pontoon boat for our group of 9 which worked out well. The community pool also added to the fun. We all had a very relaxing stay."
