"The property had a good fresh smell. The rooms were cleaned good. However, the AC in my room made a constant loud hum... Therefore, I called the front desk to report it and instead of the clerk acknowledging my concerns, she immediately began telling me all of the rooms made that noise. I attempted to assure her that I knew that statement to be false. She then said to me she doesn't know what I want her to do about it because she knows all the ac's make noise and she doesn't know what else to tell me. At that point I told her I didnt believe all the other rooms had ac's operating like that. She then said let me come to your room and see. I kindly said please do. She came and then said let me see what I can do. The clerk ended up calling my room to tall me she changed my room and to come down to get a new key. Her response was so disappointing and unprofessional. If I could've gone elsewhere and got my money back I would have. But besides that interaction the property is decent. 😏"

"Wonderful pet friendly hotel. You must remember to ask housekeeping to clean daily. We were in town for a activity filled family reunion and we had stuff all over the place, so trust housekeeping was a God send. Staff was very nice. We only had time for coffee in the mornings, but at night we had loads of fun at the bar with other family members staying in the same hotel. Great experience."
