The hotel itself is good, brand new, comfortable and clean They have a few staff that speak English. However, I had a bad experience because even though I reserved in advance with Hotels.com to freeze the price paying at the hotel, they charged me $10 dollars more. The person that did my check-in deliberately picked for me to pay in dollars (at their exchange rate, which is a lot higher, not the official rate) when I specifically told her I wanted to pay in realis, the Brazilian currency. On top of that, They CHARGE ME TWICE for one night. The following day appear in my credit card a new charge with a simi8lar amount. I just disputed the charge and complained with Hotels.com. I am waiting for this to be solved.
