Hotel is only average with food quality low. Water flow from shower inconsistent with large fluctuations in temperature. AC that blows on head. Transportation to hotel not as promised. Had to walk to the terminal.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It is very clean with a beautiful bathroom. The staff was very friendly and kind. I will definitely stay there again.

Excellent staff and superb rooms make this a must use hotel for airport and business travellers. So close and yet so quiet and relaxing inside

Very convenient
Very close to the airport, directly opposite and easily walkable if you don't have too much luggage. Taxi driver quite happy to take us as there is a minimum charge. Some traffic noise from our room but no planes (maybe no night flights?). A simple room as might be expected from an airport hotel but clean and it had all we needed. No-one spoke any English at all. Some good service but outside staff stood and watched us unload luggage without offering aid. There is a pool, small, no shade but pleasant enough in the evening. Did not like the fish pond, it looks great but far too many fish for a small pond and some larger fish just going round in circles. Dropped a star for a collection of small points and the pond, they may only be fish but I just wasn't comfortable with it.

The hotel itself is good, brand new, comfortable and clean They have a few staff that speak English. However, I had a bad experience because even though I reserved in advance with Hotels.com to freeze the price paying at the hotel, they charged me $10 dollars more. The person that did my check-in deliberately picked for me to pay in dollars (at their exchange rate, which is a lot higher, not the official rate) when I specifically told her I wanted to pay in realis, the Brazilian currency. On top of that, They CHARGE ME TWICE for one night. The following day appear in my credit card a new charge with a simi8lar amount. I just disputed the charge and complained with Hotels.com. I am waiting for this to be solved.

Luxuoso para viajantes.
Inicialmente é necessário fazer elogios ao Sr. Elias e ao Sr. Carlos, que prestam um ótimo serviço no hotel. Agradecer a atenção que foi dada em todas as estadias. Existem diversas reclamações quanto ao atendimento, o que só posso atribuir a adaptação de início do funcionamento (inauguração). Trata-se de um hotel em evolução, com um restaurante rooftop excepcional. A equipe como um todo está sendo construida. Da mesma forma, o hotel está em expansão. Falta academia e acabamento (paisagismo na área da piscina). Apesar de ser um hotel que veio para competir no segmento de luxo, é rígido com o horário do café da manhã, e check-out (sem late check out). Pontos para melhorias, principalmente a questão da saída tardia. Mas, o hotel dispõe de um ótimo espaço de sala vip com tela para acompanhar a movimentação de chegadas e saídas dos voos. Prestam o serviço de maleiro e translado gratuitamente com muita qualidade.

Hotel muito bom. Excelente quarto e bem limpo. Café da manhã bom, nao tem tanta variedade, mas foi bom. Se o quarto tiver a janela de frente para o Aeroporto o barulho é alto da rua, mas a melhor opção é pegar o quarto do lado oposto. Mas no geral é muito bom.

Disparado o melhor da redondeza.
Hotel fica ao lado do aeroporto e é muito usado para aqueles q apenas pernoitam para pegar seis vooa, mas o recomento inclusive para aqueles q querem ter uma boa estadia. Ele foi muito bem reformado e muito bem decorado, com chuveiros e camas ótimos. Cheguamoa na madrugada e o atendimento da atendente da recepção foi extremamente cordial e atenciosa.

Hotel com otima estrutura e facil acesso ao aeropo
Hotel super novo, bonito e de muito bom gosto. Muito proximo ao aeroporto de Cuiabá (Varzea Grande), com transfer gratuito, otimo para quem está de passagem. Atendimento nota 1000 no check in, os quartos são espaçosos e bastante confortáveis. Restaurante e café da manhã ótimos tambem, recomendo.

Recepção do Hotel é pessima, o despreparo para o atendimento é nítido, tanto na maneira de se dirigir ao hóspede quanto na atitude/ proatividade para lhe informar algo ou ajudar com alguma solicitação. Vou ser bem claro: tinha tudo para ser o melhor de todos no MT, mas está caminhado a passos largos para o lado oposto a isto. Muito triste.
