This spacious and comfortable accommodation features ample living areas, with a bright living room that opens onto a furnished terrace, perfect for admiring the mountain views. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave with grill, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, fondue and raclette equipment, toaster, and kettle, offering all the comforts you need for your stay. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom with a toilet, and the main living area. Upstairs, two bedrooms complete the sleeping area: one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. There is also an additional bathroom and a separate toilet. The apartment is designed to comfortably accommodate seven people and can host up to eight guests, thanks to the living room sofa that converts into single beds. The residence offers Wi-Fi access through Pierre & Vacances (rates available upon request). The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Final cleaning and linen rental are not included but can be booked separately through the agency. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . This ski-in/ski-out residence is ideally located close to the resort centre, yet in a quiet setting and right next to all amenities. Just steps from the Point Show area and its shops, it offers reserved parking spaces with a gate and digicode access. Once parked, you can easily get everywhere on foot. Ski schools are nearby, and you can walk to the resort centre or to the sledging slope. After a day on the slopes, the residence’s swimming pool is perfect for a relaxing dip. The residence also provides Wi-Fi access and a laundry room with washing machines and dryers (these services are payable on site). Please note: the swimming pool is open ONLY during the tourist seasons, generally from mid-December to early April in winter, and from early July to late August in summer.
