From the ground floor, the attention to detail is evident: a large ski storage area, a functional laundry room, a spacious games room equipped with a television, and a sauna that invites relaxation after a day on the slopes. On the first floor, a bathroom with separate shower and WC serves a bedroom with six single bunk beds and direct access to the terrace. Two double bedrooms, one with an external entrance, each have their own en-suite bathroom with shower and WC. A third double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and WC completes this sleeping area, along with a cozy mountain nook with two single bunk beds, ideal for children. The top floor reveals a magnificent master suite, equipped with an elegant bathroom including a shower and bathtub. The spacious and bright living area is arranged around a central fireplace, a cozy lounge, a wine bar with a climate-controlled cellar, and a fully equipped kitchen (two refrigerators, a small freezer, dishwasher, and microwave). Two dining areas, one with a corner bench and the other with a large rectangular table, are perfect for sharing pleasant moments with family or friends.
