Amazing location! Walk to downtown Valparaiso shops, restaurants, wineries, Central Park & Valparaiso University. You can’t get a better location than this! Family friendly location. We are near the Dunes National Park, Chicago, and Southwest Michigan.
You’ll be welcomed with a large inviting porch, once you enter you’ll be welcomed by a fully remodeled space with large granite island in kitchen, freshly refinished hardwood floors, and all new bathroom. Each room has been professionally staged with comfortable furnishings. You’ll never want to leave!

Great location for VU Homecoming
We rented this spot for VU Homecoming and everything was walkable! Very clean, lots of room to spread out. Only thing to note is that there is one bathroom in the unit, but it was never an issue for us.
