The gentleman at the front desk took great care of us. He booked our dinner reservations and helped us with day trips. My favorite place that we stayed in Spain. I would definitely stay there again.

The breakfast buffet selection was great and the service was excellent. The hotel serves an olive oil brand that is actually their own production; an excellent-tasting virgin olive oil indeed. The staff was kind and very helpful. They provided good suggestions in terms of sightseeing and beaches to go for swimming. The room location and size was perfect. The location is at the city center; easy access to all the places that we intended to visit. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great hotel - lovely roof terrace. Our room had a shower with a glass screen into the room so be concious of that depend on who you’re sharing with! Excellent location.

Exceptional hotel. We stayed 3 nights and could not fault the hotel. The property was clean and well maintained and staff were superb. The check in staff could not have made us feel more welcome- they offered a welcome drink on arrival and recommendations for the local area. Every time we walked through the hotel and passed a staff member they would say hello- they were all so attentive and courteous. We did have a small issue with a drain smell in our room which was not the hotels fault, but they allowed us to swap rooms immediately and without a fuss. The staff on the rooftop made the pool experience lovely, Giuseppe could not do enough for us. Lovely touches such as chocolates in the room each evening, and complimentary snacks with drinks at the bar. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was exceptional. Staff are so friendly, kind and welcoming. The location is perfect. The rooms and facilities are exceptional. This was one of the very best hotel stays I have ever experienced. I would highly reccomend staying here.

Har möjlighet att vara ett bra hotell. Vacker miljö bra personal på frukost och städ. Tyvärr så är det ett hotell som medvetet försöker lura gäster. De tog betalt två gånger för vistelsen. Efter många samtal erkände de att de tagit betalt två gånger utan mitt medgivande. De bad heller inte om ursäkt innan jag krävde det efter 4 samtal. Pengarna är inte återbetalda efter en vecka trots att de erkänt att de gjort fel. Det handlar om ca 2000EUR. Bilderna på rummet visar också att balkongen kan användas men i verkligheten stämmer inte det. De har låst dörren. Det är stor varning på hotellet. Min rekommendation om ni bor på hotellet.

Great central location and easy access to the beach….and only 20 minutes taxi from the airport. Staff are excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was lovely with lots of fresh fruits and cold meats. The room itself was very comfortable, however tv channel choice was very limited, with issues preventing access to Netflix, YouTube and a number of channels such as BBC and Sky News
