We chose this property for it's proximity to Ciutat Vella (Old Town) and the historical sites. We were dazzled by the property itself. The staff was awesome and attentive. We were offered a welcome drink at any of the Valencia area properties. Restaurant breakfast was delicious. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The only thing is that the hotel is far away from the Ciutat Vella and people has to spend a lot of money taking UBER to go to other Atractions! *** Other BAD point is that Customers can NOT call or Comunícate with EXPEDIA through any way: NO CALLS (outside of EU) there is NOT email, or other resource to get in Touch with Expedia! This Complain I will write it in all Social Media! bc PEOPLE deserve to Know How this Company works!! :(

The location can't be beat. The staff are very friendly, the breakfast was great, and there is an amazing rooftop bar. Hard to ask for anything more.
