"The location is great and faces the lake. Buses stop in front of hotel and tram from Lugano train station is only a few min away. I got a room that has 2 bedrooms which is great for 2 people traveling that are not romantic partners. Breakfast is basic and wished it was better. Overall, it is a good hotel in a convenient location but amenities were basic and not luxurious."

"Excellent pool area beautiful view and a great walk into town - not that far but a steep hike walking back which we enjoyed - you could opt for the bus which is free if you stay more than 2 nights but we didn’t need it and walked in and out of town twice per day. It was a lovely room, view, pool, breakfast with great parking - very lovely and we would stay again!"
