« Villa Ice in Chalet Genf is even lovelier than the photos - a newly converted 2 bed apartment with sauna. The decor is mountain chic - fab views and in a Beautiful location right on the Nordic ski track. Check in was delightful despite our slightly delayed arrival (make sure you check out the tunnel situation if arriving via Switzerland!). They thoughtfully arranged a late restaurant booking and taxi for us straight away - just what was needed!There’s a short walk to the resort bus system - and...

"Idéalement situé, proche de la gare et du centre, l’hôtel date un peu dans sa décoration mais reste confortable et très propre. Notre chambre bénéficiait d’une belle vue et d’une petite terrasse, tout en étant très calme. Le petit m-déjeuner est varié et de qualité. Le rapport qualité-prix me semble correct pour Saint Moritz. "

"Cet hôtel a connu son heure de gloire mais aujourd'hui... c'est un peu tristounet. L'aspect extérieur, les chassis... ont véritablement besoin d'entretien/rénovation. Les chambres sont bien, le resto du petit déj aussi, l'entrée idem. Certains membres du personnel sont très bien mais ce n'est pas le cas pour tous ! Service mitigé. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est grandiose. Bref, un peu déçue"

"L’hôtel est très bien placé le personnel était très accueillant et souriant des employés parlait français donc cela a bien faciliter la communication. La chambre était très propre. il manquait juste des pantoufles que nous avons demandé elles nous ont été ramené dans les cinq minutes qui suivent le petit déjeuner aussi était très bon. très bonne expérience, je conseille fortement cette Hotel."

"La chambre est petite est très sombre, si on ouvre les rideaux pour récupérer un peu de lumière le vis à vis est très important. De plus la femme à la réception lors du Check out était très froide et non souriante, on ressentait qu elle n avait aucune envie de nous renseigner. L accès direct au restaurant est un avantage, les pizza sont bonnes mais a 30 euros"
