### Chalet 'Plaz' with Mountain Views, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

Chalet Plaz is located in Livigno and offers direct access to the ski slopes. Spread over two floors, it features a living room with a sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to seven guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a smart TV with streaming services. A baby cot is also available.  
  
The chalet boasts a private outdoor area with a hot tub, a steam bath in the shower, a garden, and a balcony—perfect for relaxing. Public transport connections are within easy walking distance. The property provides one parking space.  
  
Up to two pets are allowed. A washing machine is available on request. Smoking, parties, and events are not permitted. Air conditioning is not available.
