Five bedrooms, four full bathrooms, ten people, and nobody on a sofa bed.
Booking for two families usually means someone loses. Here everyone gets a real bed and a door that closes, and three of the bedrooms have their own bathroom. There is a bunk room the kids will claim in the first ten minutes.

Most Vail rentals that say they sleep ten are counting a pull-out. This one is not.
THE BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1 - King with en suite bathroom, a kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge, a private balcony over the village, and a smart TV.
Bedroom 2 - Twin-over-full bunk bed with a smart TV. The kids will fight over the top one.
Bedroom 3 - Two twin beds with a smart TV, off the dining area, with a slider door for privacy.
Bedroom 4 - Queen bed with en suite bathroom and a smart TV.
Bedroom 5 - Two twin beds with en suite bathroom, a smart TV, and a kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge.
That is five doors that close, six smart TVs counting the living room, and a bunk room that solves the where-do-the-kids-go question before anyone asks it.
THE BATHROOMS
Four full bathrooms, three of them en suite. Ten people, four showers, and a washer and dryer in the unit for the day someone goes in the creek.
KITCHEN AND GATHERING
One full kitchen with modern appliances and everything you need to cook for the group. Bedrooms 1 and 5 each add a kitchenette with a microwave and mini fridge, which is quietly the best feature in a house this size: the early riser makes coffee without waking anyone.
The dining table seats the whole group. It opens into a living room with a fireplace, big windows and a smart TV, and there are enough separate spaces that the card game and the nap can happen at the same time.
WHERE IT IS
On Bridge Street, in the middle of Vail Village, about a minute`s walk from Gondola One. Multiple balconies over the village, and a hot tub on the first level.
