Studio for 4 persons, 24 m² approximately. Situated on the 7th floor, residence with lift (main entry on the 4th floor). Facing West with balcony and gorgeous view over the Ubaye Valley.  
\*Entry hall: cupboard;  
\* Small bedroom: 2 bunk beds, duvets, wardrobe;  
\*Living room: 1 double sofa bed, TV set, balcony access, dining area, wonderful view over the valley and the forest;   
\*Open plan kitchen: electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, electric hobs, microwaves;  
\*Bathroom with bath and toilets.  
COMMENTS: Cozy studio providing wonderful panorama over the mountains. Double glazed windows with electric shutters. Well situated into the heart of the resort and at about 80m from the slopes. Ski locker on the 3rd floor. Residence with private outdoor parking.  
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:  
 . Towel Rental : 5.5 € per person per stay  
 . Tea towel rental : 5.0 € per person per stay
