Property was great, staff was nice but communication with staff was difficult. They offered to help with tours but you would talk with one and they wouldn’t follow through and you would have to follow up with another. A lot of confusion. I ended up having to go into town last minute to book my own tour.

The suite was a perfect size for us and the Kitchenette enabled me to make Christmas dinner. The location is perfect and the staff were very nice and helpful. The only "issue" was the rooms are hot. We turned the heat off and opened the windows... which helped !

Muito conforto com vista maravilhosa
A hospedagem foi num apartamento completo com sala, cozinha, suite, banheiro social e uma vista sensacional da baia de Ushuaia. As roupas de cama e de banho eram de qualidade. Limpeza impecável do apartamento e de todas as instalações do hotel. Café da manhã saboroso e bem completo. Equipe muito prestativa e gentil. Excelente atendimento.

A hospedagem foi perfeita; apartamento novo, espaçoso, limpo, muito bem localizado, exatamente como se vê na descrição e fotos do site. Café da manhã muito bom, com única ressalva de que ajudaria aos hóspedes se tivesse início mais cedo, porque muitos passeios tem saída por volta das 7h. Voltarei com certeza.

De lo mejor de Ushuaia
Fue perfecto, los apartamentos son nuevos y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la ciudad. Juan en la recepción fue de total ayuda, nos organizó planes para cada día con buen precio, nos recomendaron restaurantes de muy buen nivel y precio.
