I would not take my dog to this hotel’s restauran.

I strongly advise against dining at this restaurant. The establishment was incredibly dirty, with filthy placemats and an equally disgusting baby high chair. After placing our order, we were informed that one of our items was unavailable. Why wasn't this communicated to us beforehand? To add insult to injury, the advertised 10% discount was never applied. When we inquired about it, we were told it had been forgotten and could not be honored. There are numerous other dining options near the hotel. I highly recommend avoiding this establishment and saving your time and money

don’t book your stay here!

This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had. First, it is nearly impossible to sleep here. The hotel sits between a busy main street and railroad tracks, so you will hear either constant traffic or freight trains during the night. Rest and relaxation are not possible in these conditions. The spa facilities were also disappointing. The pool water was uncomfortably cold, and the Turkish bath area had clear maintenance issues, including unsafe flooring. Breakfast was another letdown. The dining space was far too small to handle the number of guests, so my group was forced to sit at an undersized table. The food options were very limited and below expectations. The most frustrating part was checkout. The parking setup is inconvenient, and when I tried to load luggage in front of the hotel, the area was blocked by cars. Staff told me to back into a busy street and re-enter through the exit lane — an unsafe situation. When I asked for help, I was dismissed rather than assisted. The front desk staff were unresponsive and unfriendly when I raised concerns. Overall, this hotel fails to meet the basic standards of comfort, safety, and service that travelers expect. I cannot recommend staying here.

Best of the Noisiest Hotels

There is a Ankara-İzmir motoway crossing from the middle of the city as well as from the front of the hotel. When we checked in, the front desk staff gave us a room facing back of the hotel. We were happy until we heard the freight train horn. The agony of this noise continued until morning. There was no sound isolation between the rooms and we listened the a carsale bargaining of our neighbour until 00:00. The was a strange smell in the lobby and the floors. But the only good thing amount all negatives was the staff who were kind and helpful. I strongly not recomend this hotel.

avoid this hotel at all cost!

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. First, don’t expect to get any sleep here. The hotel sits between a very busy street in the front and railroad tracks in the back. No matter which side your room is on, you’ll either be kept awake by blaring freight train horns or endless traffic noise. Peaceful rest is impossible. The spa facilities were a complete disappointment. The pool water was ice cold, and in the Turkish bath there were holes in the floor, which were unsafe and downright dangerous. Breakfast was another letdown. The dining area is far too small for the size of the hotel. We were three people and couldn’t even find seating together — we were forced to squeeze around a tiny table for two. The food itself was very low quality, nothing special at all. Parking and check-out were an absolute nightmare. The hotel uses a shared lot behind the building, completely inconvenient for guests. When I pulled around front to load our luggage, cars were parked right in the middle of the loading area. The bellboy actually told me to back my car into the busy street and re-enter through the exit lane — an extremely dangerous maneuver. When I asked for help, he shrugged me off with “no problem” and walked away. To make matters worse, the reception staff was rude and unprofessional. The receptionist glared at me, treated me like a child, and insulted me instead of addressing the issue. On top of that, the hotel overcharged us compared to the rate qu

Sayın Ramada Uşak Otel Yetkilileri, 25-26 Temmuz 2025 tarihleri arasında otelinizde konakladım. Ne yazık ki bu süreçte karşılaştığım pek çok olumsuzluk nedeniyle konaklamamdan hiç memnun kalmadığımı üzülerek belirtmek isterim. Öncelikle odadaki klima sisteminin yetersiz oluşu ve camların açılamaması nedeniyle odada ciddi bir havasızlık sorunu yaşadım. Bu durum özellikle sıcak yaz günlerinde konforu büyük ölçüde azaltmaktadır. Ayrıca banyoda havalandırmanın çalışmaması da hijyen ve koku açısından rahatsız edici bir durumdu. Kahvaltı sırasında ise yiyeceklerin sıcak ortamda uzun süre beklemesinden kaynaklı olarak bozulmaya yüz tuttuğunu gözlemledim. Bu nedenle sağlıklı ve keyifli bir kahvaltı yapma imkânım da olmadı. Daha da önemlisi, gece saatlerinde yan odamda konaklayan iki kişinin yüksek sesli konuşmaları ve gürültüsü nedeniyle defalarca rahatsız edildim. Saat 00:00 sonrası resepsiyonu üç kez aramama rağmen herhangi bir çözüm sağlanmadı. Bu durum otelinizde misafirlerin konforuna ve dinlenme hakkına yeterince önem verilmediği izlenimini yarattı. Tüm bu yaşananlar, Ramada markasından beklediğim kalite ve hizmet anlayışıyla ne yazık ki örtüşmemektedir. Bu geri bildirimi, benzer sorunların başka misafirler tarafından da yaşanmaması adına dikkate almanızı rica ederim. İyi çalışmalar dilerim.

Temiz. Odalar büyük. Yataklar rahat. İmkanlar gayet yeterli. Giriş çıkış işlemleri hızlı. Fakat, yola bakan bir oda verdiler. Çok (ama çok) gürültülüydü. Kamyonlar odanın içinden geçiyor gibiydi. Yanınızda sesi kesecek kulaklık vb. bir şey yoksa uyumanız biraz zor.

Odalar gayet temizdi. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Şehir otellerini genel olarak ele aldığınızda bu otelin gayet güzel olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Havuz ve hamamı da kullandık oradan da çok memnun kaldık. Kahvaltısı da gayet başarılı. 2 ay sonra yine yolumuz Uşağa düşecek. Ve konaklama adresimiz artık belli :)

Sei es Sauberkeit der Zimmer, Service im Restaurant oder Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption. Alles war top! Hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten bekommen und waren vollkommen zufrieden. War nicht so laut oder überhitzt. Also Ramada by Wyndham Usak ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen.

Personeller(oda hizmeti-lobi-kahvaltı personeli) tavır-davranış-yaklaşım olarak çok iyiydi. odalar ve temizlik durumu da iyiydi. Problemler: - düğünler sebebiyle otoparkta yer olmaması, - düğünler sebebiyle 4-5. katlarda bile müzük sesinin duyulması, - asıl büyük sorun, pandemi sebebiyle kahvaltı organizayonun iyi yapılmaması. kahvaltıyı tabaklara koyma yönteminde problem yok fakat çay servisi çok kötüydü. 1-2 çay personeli var fakat yetişemiyor. kahvaltı salonunda gördüğüm tüm misafirler çok rahatsız oldu, personel ile tartışma noktasına geldi. otel yönetiminin bu durumu görmemesi ve seyirci kalması inanılmaz. oraya büyük bir çay makinesi koyup en azından bazı misafirlerin kendi çayını alabilmeleri sağlanabilir

Genel olarak tercih edilebilir.

Otelin arkasıda açık otopark var, vale hizmetinin pandemi sebebiyle olmadığı söylendi. Fakat otoparktan lobiye direk giriş var. Aile odasında konakladık, bir büyük bir de küçük yatak vardı ve oda çok genişti. Otel temiz fakat biraz yıpranmış, tadilat zamanı gelmiş gibi duruyor. Lobi katında otelin restorantı var, ocakbaşı şeklinde hizmet veriyor. Fiyat olarak pahalı değil fakat porsiyonları çok küçük, ona göre sipariş verin. Restorant garsonları iyi niyetli fakat çok tecrübesizler. (Nasıl bir karışıklık olduysa) Hesabı istediğimizde tek tek ne yediğimizi sayıp ona göre hesap çıkarmalarını sağladık. Kahvaltısı yeterli seviyede. Genel olarak memnun ayrıldık.

Besser meiden!

Frühstück in Ordnung. Kaffee sehr gut. Unangenehm: Der Gast füllt den Meldezettel per Hand aus, mit Maske und beschlagener Brille, obwohl alle Daten im Computer gespeichert waren. Ebenso der HES Code muss vom Gast übertragen werden. Sinnlos, da erstens für PKW Reisende nicht notwendig, zweitens, es wurde ein QR- Code zum Scannen erstellt. Als Frechheit habe ich die Zuteilung des Zimmers empfunden: Zwei Außenwände zur 10-spurigen Durchgangsstraße, abgerocktes ehemaliges Isolationszimmer. Wandlampen ohne Schirme. Im neuen Zimmer etwas besser, aber so dunkel, dass man das Display der Klimaanlage nicht lesen kann. Insgesamt: Nicht zu empfehlen.
