« Large apartment with lots of space. Would be nice to have more hooks, mirrors and furniture and drawers in one of the bedrooms that was completely not functional. Very clean »

« Stayed for three nights with my husband and another couple. Very convenient for getting to the falls and surrounding area. The apartment was clean, we didn't have any problems. Just wish the fridge was larger and maybe some towel hooks in the bathroom and hangers in the closets. »

« This was a true gem, the space was even better than pictured, well appointed and spotless. Everything looked brand new. A nice supply of Keurig coffee, creamers and a few snacks were also available. The property manager was super prompt and helpful in answering all questions and provided a nice online guidebook as well. We even met her outside once during our stay! « Cozy, clean and well located, short walk to Charlotte Lake Ontario Park. Great area for dog walking with views of lake. Rental was on second floor. Windows on three sides made it very bright. Small but layout and furnishing were attractive and well thought out. Generous sized kitchen. Helpful but unobtrusive host. I'm looking forward to staying again. »

« We really enjoyed staying in this little home. It is within walking distance of downtown Watkins Glen so it is very easy to walk to if you choose to do so. The inside was very clean and well kept. We liked the close proximity to various winerys and restaurants. It made it very easy to stop back and drop off our goodies we collected throughout the days we were there. »

« This place has a great location. The neighborhood is safe and so quiet. All of the beds are very comfortable. The only drawback is that this is not the entire house. We were surprised there is an upstairs apartment. We did not see any mention of this in the narrative. The folks upstairs were quiet, so it was fine. Also, it stated there was a hot tub and sauna, which there were not. Not a big deal for us and we we still enjoyed ourselves. »

« We came for a long weekend to watch the solar eclipse. Dave's place is exactly as shown in the photographs - a very nice apartment, very clean and updated, and the beds were super comfortable. The house rules were clear and easy to follow, and our host Dave was very responsive. We had a very nice time and would definitely stay here again. Thanks Dave. »

« House was as listed. Good sized rooms, balcony was a hit with the kids, and house was a 7 minute drive from the national park. Easy! Minor housekeeping issues: Top bunk sheets were dirty and had hair, when we rolled down the blankets for my kids. Glasses had lip marks and needed to be rewashed before using. Another roll of paper towels would have been appreciated. Otherwise, good home base for a great eclipse trip! »

« Traveled to Buffalo for a two day concert.. the house was easy to find and very close to the Bills stadium which is where we needed to go. Plenty of places to eat and get coffee. Check in was a little confusing one email said 3pm one said 4pm. However when a called I was allowed access. Hosts were very nice and accommodating »

« Students in my lab and I stayed here while attending a conference at Cornell, and then my family of 3 stayed afterwards over the weekend. We really enjoyed it because it was conveniently located in a very quiet neighborhood close to Cornell and everything we wanted to do, with plenty of street parking just in front. It’s 10 minutes or less walking to Ithaca falls, Cascadilla gorge trail that goes up to Cornell and College town, a couple of restaurants, Ithaca bakery, and a couple of really close...

« Much of the typical Lake George activities were closed since we visited during April, but we were very happy to stay here and will definitely return! It was the perfect space for us two (with extra to fit an additional friend or 2). Owner provided towels, pans, grill, coffee, etc for the stay which is greatly appreciated. It was close distance to anywhere we needed to go for groceries, activities, stores! Sad to go but I look forward to future travels here :) »
