"Not impressed that I selected "pay at the property" and it was taken from my account before we arrived. Check-in was quick. The Hotel was convenient for Killarney Town Centre. Parking was available. Dinner was disappointing despite good reviews online. The mushrooms and onions were swimming in grease. The Cooked Breakfast was quite good, generous portions and tasty. The basics were missed, cups & saucers on the table but no teaspoons. No milk available on the table, we had to go and take it from a table that had not been cleared. I don't believe the guests should have to go looking for these things, they are basic requirements on a breakfast table. There was a member of staff asking guests is everything ok but she ignored us when we tried to get her attention, With a little attention to detail, this hotel could have a lot to offer and is reasonably priced."

"Our two day stay at the Hotel in Killarney was awesome. Clean and spacious rooms and the surrounding area was great shopping and dining. We purchased the Breakfast in our booking and it was well worth the price. The buffet was great as well as being able to order from the menu if you wanted. Great location and plenty of space for self parking. Would highly recommend and would return again."

"Agnes was excellent in communicating with us. The location is remote and we loved it. The only issue was a mouldy smell when we first walked in, which seemed to be there the whole time we were at the cottage. It was hard to work around that. Also, the upstairs shower does not have any fan so the moisture stays in the room for ever and towels and things don’t dry in that shower room. Overall, we enjoyed the place, but people should be warned about the mouldy smell when they walk in. The drive-in is something else. Very picturesque and challenging to drive. I enjoyed it actually."
