"The staff was incredible, as our flight was 24hrs delayed I contacted Orbits and the hotel questioning if there was anything they could help me and for my surprise, Natalia from the front desk called me back (while i was waiting for our flight in New York) with the news that she was able to prorate my booking !!!! "Property is a nice budget option. Comfortable bed and hot shower, with good WiFi. Located is a few clocks from the metro Mackenzie stop and Rebublica station. Use good judgement at night but the area is reasonably safe for walking during the day and for foreigners, I would recommend Uber at night. "

"This location of this place is absolutely incredible. You have so many options nearby like the mall across the street and even a convenience store. Just a couple minutes away is tons of restaurants and bars. My room in particular was very clean and really had no problems. The staff was very helpful and nice to help with any of your needs. I highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting São Paulo. Pro tip: If you have a longer stay, you will have to supply your own items once anything is...
