### Villa Katarina di Maladel

In its 360 m2 area, Villa Stancija Katarina di Maladel can accommodate up to 10 people and is equipped with everything you might need during your stay.  
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a stylish living room, an elegant dining room, a toilet, a veranda and a terrace.  
Three bedrooms with beautifully decorated en suite bathrooms are located on the first floor of the villa, from where guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the panorama of Umag and the sea, the spacious garden, the large swimming pool and the nature surrounding the villa. There is an extra sofa in one of these bedrooms. No en suite and bed in the fourth bedroom but a sofa with a pull-out mattress for two people.  
For additional entertainment, guests can also use the basement, which has an entertainment area / TV/cinema/playstation with two armchairs, and a additional room as a tavern with a kitchen and an indoor fireplace/barbecue. The table can be turned to be billiard or poker table. In the next room there is a spa with a jacuzzi, a Finnish and a Turkish sauna, and a room with a solarium  
The villa is surrounded by a young vineyard and leaves an irreplaceable experience for every visitor.  
The location of Villa Katarina di Maladel offers its guests an escape from the busy everyday life, but also proximity to numerous local amenities. The place Finida is ideal for relaxing and walking, but also for an active holiday. There are bicycle paths in the area, so you can explore the green hills of Istria, between which wine roads intertwine. The tastes and smells of wine as well as the stories of winemakers about the creation of wine in taverns will simply enchant you.

#### Our stay at Stancika Katarina di Maladel

As first time visitors to croatia we (6 adults) found that the villa was truly fantastic. Everything was as advertised on the homepage. All things (from check-in to check-out) worked out perfectly. Contact with the local host was easy and replies came almost always immediately. The accomodation provides additional benefits (e.g. pool-billiard, table-tennis & badminton) and has enough space for everybody. The bedrooms (each with bathroom en suite) are spacious and the beds assure a good nights sleep. A highlight in the house is definately the wellness area with the sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi. The location is very private and secluded - perfect for relaxing times at the beautiful pool and having great dinners on the big veranda. You can even see the see from the house. All in all it was a great experience! We would definately visit again.

Absolut top. Die Unterkunft gleicht einem Landhaus in dem man seine eigene Oase hat. Whirlpool, 2 Saunen, Außenpool und vieles mehr. Wer einen außergewöhnlichen Urlaub verbringen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Wenn man möchte kommt sogar eine Masseurin ins Haus und man kann sich auch das Essen bestellen. Dieses wird dann in der Hausküche zubereitet und serviert. Sogar das Geschirr wird abgewaschen und die Küche wird in einem sauberen Zustand hinterlassen. Das sollte man zumindest einmal ausprobieren. Wir hatten 8 Menüs zur Auswahl und jeder von uns konnte sich das bestellen was er möchte.👍👍😃😃
