The bedroom configuration comprises three rooms. The master suite is the epitome of comfort, featuring a queen bed and a ceiling fan for those hot summer days. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The third bedroom is located downstairs and features 1 double bed and a tri bunk (single over double)
Please note: there is no internal access between upstairs and downstairs, inside this property. Downstairs would not be suitable for younger children who need supervision etc.
Rileys Retreat is perfectly positioned near Mollymook’s stunning beach, which offers a delightful playground for kids and cafes. Great deck and living area with view
The deck and living area has a fantastic view and great while having a morning coffee. Very light and area living area. The kitchen is good with lots of cooking utensils. Living area has lots of seating, books and Bluetooth speaker
The house is an older house which has been updated somewhat
The bathrooms are quite old and tired with no soaps, hand towels or bath towels supplied. Downstairs bathroom cold tap doesn’t work so unable to shower there
Cleanliness ok - there were about 3 dead cockroaches on floor covered in ants so unsure how recent it was cleaned
But overall a great weekend stay with close location to golf club and beach. Would recommend

5 Riley St. Mollymook
Ladies in office were very friendly and helpful. View from back deck and bird life amazing. Comfortable stay at an old house needing repairs by owner and a good spring clean, particularly Venetian blinds and bed covers.
There were no manuals to assist us as dishwasher didn’t work.
Tv remote missing upstairs.
No drain plug in kitchen sink which may have been cause of downstairs drain being blocked. We managed to unblock somewhat but still not fully functional.
No plug in upstairs bathroom sink.
Shower drips in upstairs shower.
No fan in upstairs bathroom.
No power point downstairs for hairdryer
Downstairs door lock had to be repaired by us to allow access.
Doona covers need laundering.
Downstairs outside light needs new lightbulb plus a few upstairs.
Venetian Blinds need repairing.
Couch needs more thorough clean. Found rubbish and an un-used condom in side of cushion.
We would be happy to stay again if these
problems were resolved. 😄

Beautiful Home Away From Home
Enjoyed staying at this place, awesome view of Mollymook Beach, very spacious and clean, 5min drive to Ulladulla’s main Shopping complex and restaurants. Family loved it!! We will definitely be booking this place again!!

Wonderful weekend getaway
What a lovely weekend. The house was so welcoming and full of light. It was really well equipped and comfortable with eveything we needed.
Loads of space. My favourite was the breakfast on the back verandah with the beautiful sea view. Will definately go back with my family. Loved the fact there was a garden for kids. Would definately recommend this house for a holiday rental.

Great location and views
Wonderful location in quiet street with great ocean views. Charming older style bungalow completely modernised with light and airy living areas and spacious deck looking north towards the ocean. Very clean. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great view and location
We were very happy with how clean, well kept and tidy the house was. After reading previous reviews I can honestly say I don’t know what they were talking about saying otherwise! The house is lovely, has a great view, and was in a great location for a very affordable price! We will be back in November and can’t wait!!!

Excellent in pictures, not great in person
Great location, lovely view and birds. Great location.
But that's where the good stuff ends. This property looks great in the pictures but not so great in person. It is quite run down and needs a renno, especially in the bathrooms. Some of the reviews said it was clean, sorry but this was not our experience. The showers were not clean and we did not feel we could have a shower without flip flops. The tiles were mouldy and dirty. Toilet paper is not even provided. The bathroom downstairs is an add on to the laundry, it does not even have a sink in the bathroom which is very un-hygienic. You have to wash your hands and brush your teeth in an old, filthy laundry sink. In addition, the room downstairs stunk. You have to supply your own linen but the the doona covers & pillows were there. However, they did not look like they have been washed in weeks. There were 2 place mats provided for meals which were filthy. There was also a very dirty tea towel provided. The fridge also needs a good clean.
The beds downstairs need new mattresses. They are not good quality.
The furniture is cheap and not of a high standard.
The instructions of the house say you need to empty the dishwasher or you get charged and also wipe down all surfaces when leaving. This made us think the place was only vacuumed between rentals, not properly cleaned. It made me feel sick what we had been preparing on the bench tops that had not been cleaned properly.The blinds and window sills and window frames were disgusting. They had not been cleaned in months. The BBQ was not clean, we had to clean it before we used it. We also cleaned it pretty well after we used it too and there was heaps of caked on grease.
We were not happy so we moved after one night.

Great house for couples
We were 3 couples celebrating a special birthday. The house is roomy, very clean, quiet, light and bright and has great views. Highly recommend, but note there is no airconditioning and only a fan in the main room only. Close to everything.
