The open plan kitchen, dining and living space is bathed in natural light and opens onto a spacious wrap-around balcony with bbq and sunchairs to lap up the views. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with coffee machine, and is beautifully designed with marble benchtops, while the lounge offers an HD TV, DVD player and stereo. There are three spacious bedrooms, the master offering a queen bed, walk-in-robe, ensuite and harbour views. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third has two single beds, both offering harbour views as well. There is also a second, main bathroom, complete with shower, bathtub and double vanity, as well as a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. The picture is completed by a secure, underground double garage, split system air-conditioning in the living room and free wifi. Hotel-quality linen and towels are also provided, making this the perfect choice for a short or extended stay alike. The apartment offers the ultimate location of being right next to the centre of town, while also being opposite the harbour and close to the beach. You will be able to enjoy access to all of the following without having to get in your car - supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, local parks, sea pool, harbour foreshore, nature walks, the lighthouse and nearby beaches. Ulladulla is on the Shoalhaven coast, a three-hour drive south of Sydney. A 5-minute drive will get you to Mollymook, where you can find the famous Rick Stein seafood restaurant and spa, while a 10-minute drive will get you to Milton, a cute little country town with boutique shops and quality restaurants and cafes. Lovely property, very clean and in a good location with a view of the water. Very noisy street outside was the only downside regarding the location which was in walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and other shops. The beds were very comfortable but it would be good to have aircon or a fan in the master bedroom which got warm and stuffy. Bring your own toilet paper as they don’t leave enough. The main garage roller doors only had one side working for both entering and departing vehicles.
