The Space  
  
This large lakeside home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across four bedrooms, offering plenty of space for both relaxing and entertaining.  
  
As you enter the home, you’re greeted by high ceilings, large feature windows, and a beautiful stained-glass detail of the iconic Pigeon House Mountain, filling the space with natural light and character.  
  
The open living and dining area overlooks the lake and features a cosy wood fireplace; perfect for relaxing after a day on the water.  
  
Just beyond the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, making it easy to cook meals for the whole group.  
  
Downstairs you'll find a large entertainment rumpus room complete with:

Jukebox  
TV and lounge space  
Kids play corner with books and toys  
  
This space is perfect for both adults and kids to unwind after a big day outdoors.

Kings Point Lake House is all about enjoying the outdoors.  
  
From the back of the property, you can walk straight to the water’s edge where guests often spend their days swimming, fishing, paddling, or even water skiing directly from the bank.  
  
Bring your boat and moor it right behind the property, with a boat ramp just around the corner at the Kings Point Ski Club.  
  
Evenings are best spent outside, cooking dinner on the BBQ, making pizzas in the Gozney pizza oven, enjoying drinks around the fire pit, or watching the sunset over the lake.  
  
It’s the kind of place where the days are full and the nights are relaxed.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was perfect — close to everything we needed but still nice and peaceful. The house had everything we could ask for and was ideal for our young family. #### Fabulous for a family holiday

This property was perfect for our family covering three generations and two dogs. Relaxing outlook from the balcony, great garden leading down to the lake, several separate spaces for the family to be together or to take a quiet break. Lots of fun with the kayaks, paddle boards and canoe.

We had a lovely stay here on the lake! Stunning views, the children were kayaking and playing pool every day. Our dog loved every minute of it too! Location was great proximity to Ulladulla. House was well appointed.

Fantastic property, location is perfect, the whole process for checkin & departure was seamless, The only minor issue was lack of aircon & rooms were quite hot, which is very very minimal!Overall our family holidays was fantastic at the this wonderful property!

#### Absolutely breathtaking!

Absolutely breathtaking! The lake house was tranquility itself, offering the perfect getaway. From the moment we arrived, I was captivated by the stunning beauty of the surroundings and even found myself looking up local real estate—it was that beautiful. Our host was exceptional and made the experience extra special, even going out of their way to wish me a happy birthday with a handmade message on a glass, which I definitely made good use of. Such a thoughtful touch! The highlight had to be kayaking around the serene lake, with crystal-clear waters and a peaceful atmosphere. The birdlife was extraordinary. At one point, we hand-fed a magnificent King parrot while sitting quite literally in the treetops. It was a surreal, magical moment that I’ll never forget. I will 100% be coming back—this place is an absolute gem!

The property is without a doubt the best I have stayed in. The facilities were second to none, the location was perfect and it is the best equipped accommodation I have stayed in from the games room with pool table and juke box to the best equipped kitchen I have seen in accommodation. Will definately be back.

#### A little Lake House Lux

Great house, plenty of space for everyone. Sitting by the fire looking out onto the lake was so relaxing. The kids loved the downstairs room. Just one concern with the stairs and toddlers. Maybe a safety barrier would be great to have in storage for these occasions. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

#### A week in paradise

From the moment we entered Renee’s house we were blown away by how spacious it was. The views from the balcony and the house were beautiful. Listening to kookaburras was exceptional. We hired the kayaks for the week. Some mornings the lake was like glass. We haven’t been together as a family for a very long time. We have made some incredible memories. Renee was extremely communicative and checkin was easy. A big thanks to you.

#### Amazing time at Kings Point

We really had a great time at Renee's house. Really made good use of the comfort of the house since the weather wasn't the best that weekend. Enjoyed the fireplace and the pool! Renee was a very accommodating host. Thanks heaps!

#### Gorgeous lake getaway

A wonderful, tranquil lakeside house. Beautifully decorated throughout, clean and plenty of room for my adult family of 6\. Conveniently located to all the south coast highlights. We spent the hot days in the shaded garden on the lake and spent the cold nights by the fireplace. Thank you Renee for a lovely 4 nights.
