« This is a lovely hotel situated right on the beach. Everything was in great condition and the view from our room was stunning. Although lots of places had closed down after the end of September, we still enjoyed the area and there was lots to do in Galipoli, a short drive away. Sylvia is the real star of the hotel and goes out of her way to make sure everyone is welcomed and taken care of during their stay. We felt like part of the family. Thank you. »

« Très joli hôtel. Je conseille de prendre contact directement avec la réception, car, il y a des chambres avec cuisines (proche de la piscine) et d'autres sans (dans le 2ème bâtiment). La réception sera à même de vous aiguiller dans votre réservation. La dame de la réception est très gentille et parle de nombreuses langues. Personnel très, très gentil et très professionnel. La chambre était nettoyée tous les jours. Super propre. Nous reviendrons. »

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour de 5 nuits à la Masseria Cristo. La déco de la chambre est rustique, mais nous le savions. Petite déception sur le lit qui craque beaucoup, mais il etait très confortable malgré tout. La salle de bain pourrait être un peu plus éclairée, notamment avec une lumière dans la douche. Il y a un petit frigo dans la chambre (qui ne va pas très fort cependant), et nous aurions apprécié une bouilloire pour nous faire un café au réveil. Le patio devant la chambre est très agréable, nous étions vue piscine et avions le coucher de soleil face à nous. Le petit-déjeuner était bon, servi à table, composé de gâteaux sucrés, yaourts, fruits, pain et confiture. Nous avions chaque jour une petite assiette salée différente (fromage, jambon, focaccia, brushetta..) Je ne pense pas que les gâteaux etaient faits maison mais ils étaient bons. Il y avait pas mal de fourmis et de mouches durant notre séjour, Loredana fait son maximum pour les éloigner mais nous sommes dans la nature et même si elles sont embêtantes, les petites bêtes en font partie... Pour terminer, la piscine est très agréable mais les transats sont fatigués/inconfortables et mériteraient d'être changés. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour, avec 2 ou 3 bémols mais qui n'ont pas gâché nos vacances ! Merci Loredana 😊"

"Les communications avec l’hôte ont été particulièrement compliquées et l’hôte a manqué de flexibilité. Le ton des contacts a d’emblée été celui de reproches. L’hôte n’a pas été proactif dans les contacts et n’a pas donné suite à nos demandes au cours du séjour. L’hôte nous a menacé de retenir le crédit versé en mentionnant des bris d’équipement qui ont été lié à la vétusté des lieux. Les lieux extérieurs de la villa sont extraordinaires (table extérieure, jardin, piscine), ce qui nous a permis de profiter de notre séjour. Les soins apportés au jardin et à la piscine sont minutieux. L’intérieur de la villa n’est pas à la hauteur de coûts associés à la location. Les lits ne sont équipés que d’un drap simple. L’hôte a refusé de nous amener des couvertes lors de notre séjour, il nous a plutôt demandé de couper la climatisation la nuit. Les matelas sont de faible qualité et ne sont, à nouveau, pas à la hauteur des coûts de la location. Les lieux ne sont pas équipés pour un séjour prolongé et pour un grand groupe. L’hôte n’a pas fourni le papier de toilette, ni le savon (douche, vaisselle, laveuse à linge). Nous ne pouvons recommander un séjour dans ce lieu. "

"Hotel tres agreable. Notre chambre face à la mer était tres accueillante avec 2 balcons dont un avec une table et 2 chaises. Par contre la tv de petite taille posée sur le support de valise à 50cm du sol mériterait d'être accrochée au mur. Le 2e jour il y a eu un afflux de clients et le staff a ete complètement débordé pour le petit déjeuner."
