We loved being greeted with a smile each time we spoke with them all. Nothing was too much trouble to ask. Many thanks for Mika who took us to Uluwatu on our last day, she was lovely to chat to and very informative about Bali. Our room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Shower was good. The pool was lovely, warm and clean. The hotel was so quiet and peaceful. We had a room slightly back from the rice fields and it was huge! Always kept clean, very cool and had a lovely view of a water garden. Outside seating and the bathroom and changing area was very big. We only ate in the restaurant for breakfast which gave a good selection, however wasn't covered so well so there was a few flies. The freshly made eggs and omlettes were lovely! You are in a great location, near many restaurants, bars and shops and only a 10-15min walk to monkey forest. The hotel offer a free shuttle around a certain area within Ubud, which was great to get into the centre and the Palace.
