Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Disliked: Staff & service

#### Hotel very nice but staff don’t speak good English

Very nice hotel close to ubud. Only negative thing is that almost none of the staff speaks basic english which made it hard to communicate
