The one thing that definitely stands out is the staff. Very friendly, accommodating and helpful. The property has a beautiful view of the jungle and you can enjoy an amazing sunrise/sunset. Having said that, the rooms are very dated, wifi was on/off and the location is not the best in regards to proximity to restaurants and shops etc.

I recently had a wonderful stay at B.Saya Hotel, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The service quality was exceptional; every staff member was attentive and eager to help. We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was so friendly and attentive, the food was delicious and we loved the location. Far enough out of town for some peace, and just a quick scooter ride to town

It’s a good hotel in a good position, at 15 minute walk from the center of ubud, it’s a good spot with a beatiful pool sunset in rice terrace….people were very nice!

A quick trip to Ubud, Blood pressure reducing view over rice fields watched ducks released into fields in-early morning. Beautiful swimming pool which was lovely to swim in. Kind staff offered yoga mats for use at B Saya Villa. Yoga is offered for additional cost off site. Enjoyed site& friendly staff.

The staff were lovely. The room did not have any tea/coffee making facilities. There was no tourist information available nor much in the way of suggestions for what was available. The property was in quite a inconvenient location, partly due to a landslip which meant that the road was not accessible adding 30 minutes to the trip into Ubud.

Das Restaurant ist nicht so sauber und die Essensauswahl ist ein bisschen langweilig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung ist an sich ruhig aber nachtsüber ist der Lärm von den Motorrädern schon sehr laut, besonders die Villen mit Jungleblick. Man soll sich auch an die lauten Tieren Abends gewöhnen.

Min datter boede i B Saya villas i Ubud i 30 dage og elskede det. Så smuk en udsigt, rent og pænt alle steder. Poolen var fantastisk. Maden var super, og mest af alt var det den helt helt fantastisk service på stedet der gør det sidste. Kan anbefale at bruge deres yogainstruktør Nandita som er rigtig god

Je recommande à 100%

Personnel accueillant et serviable. Petit-déjeuner varié et délicieux. Piscine rafraîchissante dans un superbe décor de rizières. Possibilité de louer scooter sur place. Situé à 15 minutes de marche du palace, de plusieurs resto et boutiques. Nous avions une chambre standard, petite mais fonctionnelle. Le seul point négatif, la connection internet était instable, nous devions nous rendre pres du bâtiment principal pour une bonne reception.

B Saya is a lovely mountain hideaway just outside Ubud. The villas were a little bit dated (the shower especially) but overall a lovely place to stay. Very quiet, tranquil, relaxing, and with beautiful sunsets. Good food as well (for all meals)! Where this place really shines, though, is with the staff. They were incredibly accommodating, able to set up tours and spa treatments for me and my wife, and took great care of us when we unfortunately fell ill, delivering extra food and water to our room, ensured we had everything we needed, and even called a doctor for me when I got really sick. Also took me to town on the back of a motorbike when I needed to visit an ATM. The whole staff knew us by the end of our short stay, and made us feel so comfortable even in an uncomfortable situation far away from home.

Lovely spot especially if you scooter

Nice hotel, great pool, good breakfast, friendly staff, fast wifi. Hotel is on a quiet road but still a super quick scooter into town. Walking there are a few nice places across the bridge. Room (standard suite) was smaller than expected and a bit underwhelming, e.g. Window looked out onto a common courtyard and the shower drained right on the same floor as toilet. Still comfy though.

非常に口コミも良く高評価な宿だったので、宿泊してみました。宿泊客は、ヨーロッパ系の方が多く、育った環境の 違いを教えられました。まぁいい経験になりました。 建物は木造建築で、上や横の音をもろに受けました。 部屋のチェンジを一度行いましたが結果は同じ、睡眠不足になりました。お湯 非常に不安定で、夕方食事を終えてシャワーを浴びようとしましたが、お湯、水 共に出ません。 お水も大きな瓶の為、冷蔵庫に入らず常温対応でした。 特に 音 お湯 は耐えられず 3泊予定を1泊でチェックアウトせざるを得ませんでした。

Très bon séjour

Petite déception par rapport à la vue de notre villa qui se situait en retrait. Sur la réservation, il y avait marqué "vue sur la jungle", celle ci était vraiment réduite. Petit désagrément au début car pas d'eau chaude et la chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas. Ceci a été réparé très vite. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas correctement suivant les heures de la journée. Cocktail de bienvenue très appréciable. Le personnel a été aux petits soins pour nous. La villa en terme de prestations répondait à nos attentes même si elle aurait pu être mieux pensé car beaucoup d'espace non utile. La piscine et le panorama sur les rizières sont un véritable plus et donne tout son charme à l'établissement.

Notre séjour à B Saya reste l'un de nos meilleurs souvenirs. L'établissement est propre, confortable et ne manque de rien. Les petits déjeuner sont merveilleux : complets, bons, copieux !
