A Salty Senorita invites you to relax and unwind at her 3 Bedroom, 2 bathroom, private beachfront home, situated on over half an acre of lush green land overlooking the tranquil beach at the north end of Tybee Island. Unwind and enjoy splendid views of the bay, witness the stunning sunrises, and watch as ships sail silently from the comfort of the living area and the open-air deck. The home is located only a short distance from the Tybee Lighthouse and is within walking distance to favorite North Tybee shops and restaurants. Walk into the comfortable living area and take in the fantastic water view from triple sliding glass doors facing the bay. The open-plan living and dining areas share the view of the dunes below with comfortable seating and a decorative fireplace with a mounted 60-inch flat-screen TV. Step outside onto the open deck to enjoy your morning coffee watching the sunrise, or cheers with evening cocktails at sunset. The balcony includes a gas grill for cookouts, table seating for 4, and lounge seating. Prepare your vacation meals in the fully equipped kitchen, with all you need including stainless steel appliances, an induction cook-top stove, and a Keurig coffee maker to start your day off right. Just up the stairs, the home’s second level features a spacious primary bedroom with a spectacular view, and you can unwind watching the dolphins play from the furnished private balcony with seating for two or simply lying in bed. The bedroom has a King-size 4-poster bed and a 50-inch flat-screen TV. The ensuite bathroom features a deep soaking tub, separate walk-in shower, and double vanity sinks. The spacious second-floor loft offers a full view of the bay and has a sleeper sofa, game table, and a 65-inch flat-screen TV, ready for game days and movie nights. The two main-level bedrooms share a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 features a King-size bed, a 50-inch TV and opens up to a screened, covered porch - feel the Tybee breezes and enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the bay from the comfort of the screened porch. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed and a 50-inch flat-screen TV. There is also a separate large laundry room for guest use on this level. The garage area is set up as a game room, with ping pong and corn-hole, and a 55-inch TV and additional seating to catch all the games. All TVs are Smart TVs, WIFI, digital cable. Please note: This home is one home away from the public beach access point, which is at the end of Shipwatch Lane and Polk Street. There is a pathway through the natural dunes leading from this house to the wide, uncrowded beach, approximately 150 yards through the sand path. The North end beach of Tybee Island is quiet and family-friendly and is on the Bay, where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Savannah River providing a beautiful sandy beach with calm, tranquil waters where your kids can play, you can bodyboard and kayak or simply watch the dolphins play, and the ships come to port. MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings. Beach access is on a sandy pathway not on a private walk way. But it is two houses down for access. Overall a fabulous house to book if you are headed to Tybee. The north end is more laid back, and the house was just steps from the public walk to the beach. You could look out over the dunes to see the water and watch the huge cargo ships go by. The house was very quiet with only a few other homes on the road. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was even an extra fridge in the game room. Tybee is a wonderful vacation spot, with unique restaurants and shops all over. It was an easy drive over the bridge to grocery stores and fast food (if desired). ##### Jen H. It is located in a very quiet community with plenty to do for the kids and yet relaxing for the parents. The house is very very clean with plenty of amenities. The only issue we had was the sleep number mattress in the master bedroom lost its air on the left side and there was no remote to correct the issue. Toliet paper and paper towels etc. the outside patio was dirty and too far from the beach. Couldn’t see beach from house and yard had so many sticky thorns. Plenty of space for our party of 7, very cool game room, beach toys, Keurig coffee maker, outdoor grill worked seamlessly. Just a couple of cons: 1\. The water didn’t seem to get very hot which probably isn’t normally an issue but when it’s freezing outside the last thing you want is a luke warm shower. 2\. Both toilets had problems with the flappers, easy enough fix and I’m guessing prop managment already solved that problem. Now the Pros (so many): 1\. The beach is a short walk away and completely not crowded and had it been warmer we would have loved it. 2\. All the beds are super comfy and there’s TVs everywhere in case you want to just lay around and watch tv. 3\. There are 3 outdoor patios that are perfect to watch the sun rise. 4\. The game room (built out garage) was so cool. Our kids (9,9,and7) loved playing down there and it was a welcome treat considering the weather. 5\. The kitchen had all the requisite dishes necessary to cook a full meal for 7 people. Some things to note (not good or bad just to know.) 1\. Bring ice, there’s no ice making fridge option and only one tiny tray. 2\. The main floor of the house is up a flight of stairs and the second floor another flight, be prepared or able to get up them with luggage. 3\. The game room is in the garage so there’s no garage parking. I’m not sure if the ad really explicitly says that. We only had one vehicle so it wasn’t an issue for us but I’m thinking you really couldn’t fit more than two in that driveway if I’m remembering correctly. All-in-all wonderful house, great vacay. ##### Robin D. Best beach location we’ve found! Very short walk through the yard to the far north side beach, which is less populated and less hectic than the south side. Also convenient to get on and off the island. The house was amazing. Plenty of room for three teens and parents to spread out for lounging but also come together for meals, games, etc. The kitchen had all the gear needed to make meals. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms were large and super clean. The garage space was an extra bonus. We spent a lot of time playing ping pong and the yard games. Great feature in case of rain! We’d definitely stay here again! ##### Kara A. VERY short walk to the beach. Plenty of space for a small group of friends or family. House was up to date and very relaxing.
