The elevator never worked properly and ended up completely becoming unusable on day 3 of 7\. One of my party even became trapped in it. The downstairs rooms are not accessible from the man part of the house, you have to either use the elevator or enter through the garage. The garage entry door to the main dwelling has an electronic deadbolt that would randomly lock and the keypad didn’t work to unlock it. This traps whoever stays in the downstairs addition from the main house until someone unlocks the door. With the elevator out, this was a major concern, especially since this is where our kids were supposed to stay. Property management company didn’t seem too concerned about it…..Other than that, the house was large and nicely decorated. Pet friendly was a definite plus. Be sure to bring your own body wash and shampoo as none of that is provided. ##### Samuel F. The elevator stopped working halfway through our weeklong stay and they were never able to get it fixed. It was one of the reasons we chose the condo. Great check in. Easy access to the beach with a short walk. Only problem was the elevator was out which we really needed but with COVID it was hard to get someone in to look at it and fix it but we were reimbursed some for it being out. They were welcoming and helped us with logistics such as parking, golf carts and information on the neighborhood.
