Ocean views from Master suite with Queen size bed, private bathroom & family room. Front Bedroom has 2 twin beds, dresser, closet & ceiling fan.  Inviting, fully equipped, open Kitchen is ideal for entertaining or cooking in.  Open floor plan & large ocean front patio invites you, friends and family to gather, relax and enjoy.

In unit small load washer/dryer and all new kitchen appliances. Linen's, bath towels and YES - beach towels are included.  Free Internet WiFi is available for guest use. Easy Elevator access- Quiet 3rd floor location with wonderful direct view of beautiful Tybee beach from spacious balcony. Relax on the balcony while watching the amazing cargo ships sail past.... fishing trawlers and passing dolphins are also part of the ever changing view!

Lighthouse Point is private with a gated entrance and offers 2 pools, a kiddie pool, tennis/pickleball courts and direct beach access. We hope you enjoy our condo and your stay on Tybee Island.

You must be at least 25 yrs of age to rent this unit - proof of ID required. No Smoking, Fire Arms or Pet's allowed.

The ONLY elevator in the complex services your unit (31C). It can be found to the right of parking space, just past the staircase, around the corner on right. There you will also find luggage carts for your convenience- please return after you’ve unloaded your gear.

The water smells like rotten eggs and it doesn’t stay cold at all. The owners, Vrbo , and Insurance didwas not helpful. They just want you to deal with it. We were given a refund but charged for one day. I will not be booking through Vrbo again ruined my New Years Vacation.

I want to firstly say that our host was super helpful and responsive when I reached out. We had an issue with a toilet and he got someone out to fix the issue ASAP. That being said, the unit needs some attention. I understand that living next to the beach, there will be moisture but this particular unit is definitely falling disrepair because of it. When we first arrived, we noticed that the unit smelled heavily like mildew and we had to quickly open up windows to get the smell out. The floors are buckled and badly warped and the paint is peeling in some places. Multiple bowls and dishes in the bottom cupboards had mold/mildew growing on them and we just bought our own to be safe. The couch cushions and pillows also smelled badly. The kitchen table is painted and is peeling which made it really hard to clean. The kitchen is advertised as “fully stocked” but as someone who cooks regularly, I would disagree. I had to buy knives because of how dull the ones in the kitchen were. There are no spices, even with a cupboard labeled for them so be prepared to buy them. Lastly, the host needs to have a serious conversation with his cleaners. This place was covered in sand, beyond the normal amount for a beach condo. The beds had sand IN them when we first crawled into them. The towels had black hair on them and were wet. Yes we still had fun and the condo is in a great location for beach access but not worth the price in comparison to other places on the island.

Nice place! Enjoyed our stay at the 2 bedroom condo & the lovely views from the balcony. The elevator was nice since we were on the 3rd floor & visited with my elderly mom. The pools were clean & very relaxing, we spent one whole day enjoying them instead of going out to the beach. One small issue was that (probably due to the heavy rain just before we came) the path from the condo to the private beach was impassable. I did venture on my own but had to wade through more than 20ft of almost knee-high stagnant water to get to the ocean. Pretty disappointing considering that the private beach was the whole reason for choosing this property. However I don’t think there’s much anyone could do about the weather. Just FYI for future stays after a heavy rain. We ended up going to North Beach and paid for parking just 3mins away. Our host was very responsive & pleasant. The condo was decorated cute, the property was very quiet & we felt safe. It was small but felt roomy, the linens & bedding were clean. Beds were comfy & we slept great. The dishwasher might not be working tho bc some dishes in the cabinet were dirty & after we ran a load some still came out unclean. The WIFI & TV worked well & there were plenty of dvds/books to choose from. We used the coffee maker, oven, microwave, washer & dryer… all were convenient and easy to use. Check in & using the code/lock was super easy. Loved waking up to have breakfast on the balcony looking out to the ocean. Just beautiful!

Excellent place for a quiet beach vacation

We stayed here for seven nights at the end of July 2025. Despite the outside temps being obscenely hot that week, we had a great vacation. Spent lots of time exploring the beach nearby, and also drove into Savannah most days/evenings. The unit itself was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a successful beach week. Would absolutely stay here again.

Loved it

It was the perfect place for our mother’s 80th birthday because of the elevator access and the views from the balcony. She could relax and watch the sun come up, dolphins play and ships come in.

Perfect for a family getaway!

Our family stayed here for 4th of july weekend and I have nothing but great things to say about the experience. The condo was clean, property was well-kept, and the view was breathtaking. Not to mention the property manager, Tiffany, was just the sweetest! We will definitely book here again!

Property was family friendly,short walk to the beach, clean and fairly quiet. Loved the quieter northside of the island. Lots of ships to watch, great beach combing- we found a ton of shells! Highlight was swimming with dolphins- they came within 50 yards of us right in front of the condo and we got to hang with them in the water. We would stay here again for sure. We didnt really have any issues per se, but the welcome packet is a bit confusing because it says you need pool passes but I guess you really dont? It also says there is a remote for the gate to the community but there wasnt. The tv in the living room has a weird flicker to it when we tried to watch movies at night, a bit hard on the eyes. Overall this place was awesome though.

Came back for more on Tybee Island

Another great vacation in Tybee. We were here last year for only 2 days in April and came back again this year and stayed for 4 days. Condo was very clean and great location. Loved sitting on the big balcony and walked around the neighborhood and visited the Lighthouse and restaurants. My granddaughter loved the pools and we spent lots of time there. Very peaceful and the weather was perfect. Hope to come back again.
