For a "totally awesome" beach vacation, you won't want to miss this Oceanfront four-bedroom, spacious home on Tybee Island featuring a huge game room, multiple decks, large yard, and amazing sunrise, sunset, and ocean views from a beautifully decorated 400 square foot primary suite. This large home has all you need to have a fun-packed vacation, right on the beach with the sand steps away from the door. Great for large and small families and for multiple couples, if beach access and fun and games are what you're after Hang Ten is the perfect rental choice. Mid-island, the home is convenient to shops and restaurants on both the north and south ends of the island. Hang Ten’s main (second) floor living area features a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, all stainless-steel appliances, and granite countertops. The open concept kitchen gives way to the dining and living areas. The dining area has a table for 6 with 2 seats at the breakfast bar and 2 additional seats at a side table. The living room has an oversized club chair, comfortable sectional sofa, and a large 70" Smart TV with surround sound. Just off the living area, get ready for fun! The open game room takes on all the action with a 65" 4K TV with surround sound, a wet bar with a mini-fridge, a pool table, a foosball table, and a full-size shuffleboard table. The game room is an excellent separate area for kids and teens while the adults lounge in the living room. Step outdoors onto the deck for a gas grill and under-the-stars dining. The main level also is home to bedrooms 2 and 3, which share the renovated hall bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a King size bed, TV, and a private sundeck. Bedroom 3 has a Queen size bed and TV. Just up the floating staircase to the third floor is the 400 square foot primary bedroom suite. Stunning views of the ocean greet you as you step into the room. Gaze over the horizon with amazing views of Tybee Island. The bedroom features a King size bed, a 55” TV with surround sound, a mini-fridge, and an attached spacious balcony with 2 double-wide chaise lounges that entice you to want to sleep outdoors! The grand en suite bathroom is sure to please with dual vanities, a whirlpool tub, a walk-in shower, and even a bidet. On the ground (first) floor just off the main entry, you will find the garage area with a private fully air-conditioned guest room, bedroom 4, with a queen-size bed, and an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also, in the garage area is a ping-pong table, an indoor beach shower, and access to the backyard that features a private and spacious outdoor hot water shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach or for a long evening shower under the stars. Hang Ten is a very comfortable house with all the features you need for a great trip with family and friends. There is off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles. The public beach access is the only way to get to the beach from this unit. The house ground floor is unusable for any guest to sleep as it is a moldy converted garage / basement. The main floor has two decent sized bedrooms but only one bathroom with small vanity so poorly sized. The master bedroom has a broken ceiling fan and a large bathroom with tiny shower so again poorly sized. Overall, way overpriced for this mediocre rental. ##### James L. The house is even better than the pictures! So clean, so organized, and fully stocked…no need to pack anything! Tons to do in the house and endless beach gear provided! Everything is updated! The beds were beyond comfy and bedrooms so spacious! (We did not use the basement as living space). Location was perfect for the beach, but also perfectly located on the island. Mid beach was calm, quiet, relaxing, but also minutes away from restaurants and shopping. The house could not have been more of a vacation…the view of the sunrise from the balcony was amazing! The house was very cute, and centrally located to everything on the island. The boardwalk to the island was public, so there was a lot of traffic on our street, but mainly on the weekend. The house was a good fit for our group, and the main level game room was a life saver! Lots of hours spent playing games and cooling off from the beach. The bottom level (garage) was disappointing. It was very musty, and there was no a/c, so couch sleeping upstairs was our only option for one of our party. Also, upon arrival, the house as a whole had a very musty/mildew smell. After cooling the a/c down to 72, it improved. Might need to look in to an air filter system, or change the air filters more often.
