The house did have beach chairs, bikes, corn hole, charcoal grill & lots of outdoor seating. We would stay here again. The beds were comfortable. It was a little confusing when we first arrived as to what door to actually go to to get in but its the stairs to the left. My daughter and I walked to the little shops and grabbed drinks from Tybeean and they are really good. The beds were comfortable and the property manager checked in with me occasionally to make sure everything was working properly and we were enjoying our stay. We loved the home and the location. Clean and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. Maintenance response was good when needed. Note it is an older modular home so a little quirky with small interior doors that have some gaps from settling or where they have been replaced. Not too far from the beach we barbecued used the fire pit and cooked in every night. There was what they left what was needed was poor. Hand soap was left empty on the kitchen counter. No dishe cloths just a dried old sponge. No beach towels. The chairs in my living room had Cobb webs underneath. Nothing to use to clean the toilets. A good thing was what was that what was provided was the kitchen utensils and pots and pans was very good. I would not rent from them again. The driveway was a mess with dried up leaves.Also we had to carry our recycling ourselves, which was a pain in the ass!!! ##### Suzanne H. Beaches were wonderful, parking was expensive, walking to beach was tough with 3 year old in tow- no sidewalks, or space at side of road, so we paid $4 per hr, minimum 2 hrs.
