This beautiful house is in an ideal location, boasting three bedrooms and two bathrooms with many great household amenities, including a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, and more. The house itself is only a 5-minute walk from the beach, a 10-minute walk to one of the most bustling streets in town, Tybreesa Street, and a 15-minute walk to the grand Tybee pier. Even though the house is located on one of the busier sides of the island, it still manages to be a very quiet and peaceful stay. If you want to grab a bite to eat, some of the best restaurants are just around the corner and offer great experiences with their unique themes. Don't worry about parking, you can walk to all the shops and eateries. Savannah Bananas weekend

We stayed for long weekend to attend bananas game, fish, beach, and go out in Savannah.House perfect for three couples. Full kitchen, great beach access, plenty of parking. Very interactive and responsive host.

Perfect location!

Enjoyed a nice winter stay with my college aged daughters and their friends. Location is super convenient to restaurants, shops, the beach and the pier. Everything within a few minutes walk!

This was the perfect house for a weekend in Tybee. Close to the beach and restaurants. We come to Tybee every summer and only want to stay in this house from now on! Communication with the host was also wonderful!

Location was very, very close to beach. Almost as if you were on it! Great having your own parking. The location to the shops, bars, food is only 2 blocks.

Mothers and Daughters Getaway

It was our first time to Tybee. This property was just exactly as advertised and a short walk to the beach, several restaurants and shops. Weather was absolutely perfect and we enjoyed the screened in porch every morning and evening. The property is very clean and well kept! We would definitely stay here again!!

16th Birthday Weekend

We took our Daughter and a few of her friends here to celebrate her 16th birthday. This house far exceeded our expectations. The layout and location was absolutely perfect. The Host, Betsy, was so accommodating and pleasant to work with. We will definitely be back !!

Had everything we needed

Our family stayed 4 nights. It was a great location. It had everything we needed. There are shops, restaurants & a convenience store within walking distance. Bring your beach towels & sunscreen! There was an Xbox in one of the bedrooms. There are a few board games & lots of chairs/seating.

17th dream lives up to its name

The upper portion of the house was beautiful. The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed cooking all of our meals and having a washer and dryer. We also enjoyed having the screened balcony for dining. My kids especially loved making use of the ping pong table and the fenced yard to play and have some freedom while being "stuck at the house".

Girls weekend fun

The house was perfect for our girls weekend trip. It was close to the beach, had appropriate amount of pots/pans, and cleanliness throughout the home. The host was responsive to any questions/issues we had. Only improvement would be to have the dishwasher serviced. It didn’t want to clean the dishes very well.

This house was awesome. Very clean, even though the carpet in the bedrooms were stained in some places, it was overall a very clean house. We did want to rearrange some of the pictures on the walls, but we refrained, lol. It was also very well stocked with the essentials, we were pleasently surprised with how well stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, bathroom towels, etc. it was, and all the stuff in the kitchen was a plus! The fact that Xfinity cable was provided was nice, no on had to sign in to a streaming service to watch tv. We loved all the beach accessories that were available to take with us to the beach & of course that it was so close to the beach. We will definitely rent this house again next year!

Exactly what we were looking for…

The property was nice, clean and suited us and our needs. Great location, literally right by the beach. The only thing was communication from the property manager was non existent. We got there early and asked if early check in was possible, no response. Called several times and her phone was turned off. So needless to say we waited until the exact time to check in and luckily there were no issues since we couldn’t get in contact. Even through out our stay and after she never reached out to apologize for the lack of response or contact. But it is what it is. We had a nice time otherwise. Would stay here again.

not a "10"

I'll start by saying that I booked this property because it had a 10/10 rating.The house was great.The neighborhood was great.The location was great.But it was not clean. I was pulling dishes out of the cabinet that had food on them. Greasy fingerprints, what appeared to be egg on a plate, etc. I had to wipe cown the kitchen counters because there was still food residue and something like salt on areas of the counters and dining table. There was a cupcake wrapper behind one of the bedroom nightstands. Hair all along the baseboards of the master bath. Dust in several places - not recently settled dust, but a thick layer of dust that had not been cleaned in some time (master bathroom, floors under furniture, like aforementioned nightstand). The door leading to the balcony had something black that appeared to be mold (was not dirt) all over the outside of the door.I get it. We stayed in February, it was the off-season, not a lot of rental activity and therefore not a lot of visits from the cleaners. But I would expect that when the property IS rented, someone would come make sure everything was perfect/ready for a renter. That, it was not.I'll credit the renter by saying that they did offer to send a cleaner out to re-clean. I declined for 2 reasons. 1-the place should have already been cleaned, prior to our arrival. 2-I didn't want to navigate my vacation plans around cleaners coming.Other than the lack of cleanliness, though, the house was great.

Our stay was lovely. Location is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. IGA grocery store is just a short car ride away. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were comfortable and the showers had very good water pressure. Having the screened porch was a huge plus especially when the weather did not cooperate. We truly enjoyed the big screen TV (didn't know our family all loved baseball so much}. Highly recommend staying at Betsy's home
