Relax outdoors with a backyard patio with a large heated pool. The fully fenced backyard includes a patio with seating area, outdoor bed, a fire pit, gas grill, charcoal grill, and an outside shower with both hot and cold water. Located just a short stroll from the beach and from Memorial Park which has a playground, tennis, basketball, volleyball, Library, gym, and YMCA. The ground level of the home has a sitting room, kitchen and dining area, half bath, and the primary suite. The second level has 3 bedrooms, a family room, and a full guest bath. The kitchen features all stainless appliances and a dining table. Additional dining space is located on the screened porch directly off the kitchen. Accessed from the porch is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The primary suite is furnished with a King size bed, 32in flat-screen TV with Bluray player, Bose CD player/radio, and a full bath with a large walk-in shower (no tub). The family room on the second level has a 50in flat-screen TV and a full-size sleeper sofa. (The fireplace is decorative only). Off the family room is a King guest bedroom, and Queen guest bedroom, and a guest bedroom furnished with a double bed and a day bed. There is a full bath located on this floor with a beautiful claw foot tub/shower. This home contains many extras including WIFI, Bose iPod dock, books, and more! Off-Street Parking for 3 regular-sized vehicles. Heated Pool Option: Guests may choose the option of adding pool heat to their reservation for an additional $25.00 per day for the length of reservation. Not available in January and February. Pool that measures 12ft x 23ft. Need more space for your upcoming vacation? Then consider also renting a neighboring home. Casa Azul is a 4 bedroom neighboring home that sleeps up to 10\. The indoor areas are a bit worn..but it served our needs just fine. We had a super relaxing vacation and our English bulldog ,T-Bone, had a blast as well. We had plenty or room and the neighborhood/location is great. The ice maker does not work. The skillet in the drawer still had food in it. The master bedspread was filthy. The pool water was green and cloudy and had to be cleaned and treated before we could let our grandchildren swim. We bought a broom and soft scrub to clean the porch and had to fix the vacuum prior to vacuuming as well. The management company did get the pool service company out on a Sunday and they offered to send out someone to clean which we did turn down. With that said, ALL of the interior doors had no working handle. One of the master bedrooms had a glass door…? I thought I was going to have to bust the door down to the kids room at one point because the door was stuck in the door frame…My bad for not reading the square footage of the place, because it is a lot smaller than the pictures portrayed it to be. The kitchen was super small. The shower in the down stairs master bath would not drain and dear lord please replace the mattress in the down stair master bedroom! It was perfect for our family of 10\. Plenty of nooks for privacy and gathering space outside for all of us. We spent a lot of time outside by the pool at the fire pit and cabana. The Pool was suppose to be heated but when we arrived it was cool and the next day was the same day. The outside bed had the wrong sheets so had to use a flat sheet. The kids really enjoyed the pool. House is very nice and I love the way it's decorated. It had everything we needed including a great pool.
