"Our room was quite nice, modern. Our food was good, especially the breakfast. The people at the front desk were especially nice and helpful. Great view of the sunset."

"We had an amazing holiday here at the Edgewater - it was clean, quiet (we were in the 400 block overlooking the water) and very comfortable. Our room was well maintained and the bed was super. The breakfast was underwhelming, some fresh and canned fruit, very runny tasteless yoghurt, sloppy bircher muesli, toast (including gluten free) and multiple trays of cakes!!! The coffee was stewed and bitter. Having said that the lunches and dinners offered plenty of variety and were of good quality. One small pool for such a large resort was inadequate, and we found it was overtaken with children and not really adult friendly. Perhaps an extra pool, adults only? might be in order. Despite the negatives, we made the best of our stay."

"Pacific Resort is beautiful especially the beach. We were lucky enough to snorkel and see heaps of colourful fish and many turtles. Breakfast buffet was very standard and for the price it could improve. The lunch and dinner was good but I think that it should be more variety. For example you could do themed nights like Mexican, Italian etc. I heard other people making the same comment during our dinner. Apart from that everything else was good and we had a lovely time."

"Room was VERY clean (smelt like a (freshly cleaned) public toilet). Room wand resort was a bit rundown. Staff were fine. Good location, near to town and the airport. We left before breakfast and they prepared a takeaway breakfast for us which was good. All in all good. But expensive for what it is."

"As usual the rooms were very clean and the staff so very friendly and welcomed us back as longtime friends, which we are. The continental breakfasts were fresh and very well presented and the meals were up to standard so much so that we didn't venture away from Little Poly for meals."

"Our Kia Orana villa was superb. Right from when we booked, the communication with Sane was superb, and that quality was reflected in the villa itself which was very well appointed and met every superlative said about it. If we go back to Raro, we will be looking to stay there again"
