Guest Access: You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and your private pool area during your stay. The Neighborhood: The condo is located within the residential community known as Aldea Zama, situated between the beach and town. It is an evolving, mixed-use community with residences, planned shops, a town center, and ample green space for walking and biking. It is perfectly situated about halfway between the famous Tulum beaches and the downtown. There are world-renowned restaurants in Tulum but here's a few nearby we recommend: \- Norita Tulum \- Safari Comedor Zama \- Burrito Amor Getting Around: The condo is about 120 km/75 miles or about a 1 hr 45-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help! The jacuzzi is available from 12 pm to 9 pm. Due to the contingency, a maximum of 2 people is allowed. \- We provide bottled water, high-quality bed linens, bathroom and beach towels, kitchen equipment and more to provide the most comfortable stay. And if you need an airport transfer, we can help you with that too! Just let us know! \- Electricity is included in short-term stays (2-27 nights) but not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more. In this case, you pay for what you consume based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW. \*Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C and turning off the AC and lights when you leave the property. \- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation. \- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. \- There is no daily housekeeping but if you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost - Please let us know in advance. In case of loss or in case of not returning it, a fine of 50 USD will be applied for replacement. \- There is a gym available at the complex. \- If traveling with infants or toddlers, you can rent a pack-n-play with the mattress and a high chair if needed at $5 USD per item per night. HOUSE RULES \- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. \- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed on the premises, and the use of any recreational drugs in the home is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. \- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. \- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. \- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. \- Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification. \- Please avoid moving furniture. \- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given. \- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings. \- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food or coolers are allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed. \- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay.
