The town has a variety of bars, restaurants, cute shops, live music, and street performers. \- Stroll through the park downtown. There are often activities happening there. \- Bike, take a short drive, or taxi ride to the Tulum beach hotspots, jungle restaurants, boutiques & eco-chic nightlife. \- Chedraui grocery store and an AKI are about 6km | 4 mi away. When it's sargassum season at the beach, don't despair! The beach isn't the only attraction in Tulum. There's also a day club called “Neek Tulum" (with a cover charge) \- VESICA TULUM, a CENOTE DAY CLUB situated only an 8-min drive from the property. \- Nearest GOLF: PGA Riviera Maya Golf Club - 32 km | 20 mi or DREAMS Tulum - 13 km | 8 mi LASTLY, there are many world-renowned restaurants in Tulum, but here are a few we recommend: \- Burrito Amor, Norita Tulum, Tora Tulum, Casa Banana, Pasha Getting Around: The property is about 120 km|75 miles or about a 1 hr 45-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). The new Tulum airport is now open if you’d like to check if your flight goes there. It’s best to pre-arrange airport transfers. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help! Other Things to Note: \*Important note: this development is on the jungle side of the highway, about 5 km|3 mi from the center of town and a 15-min drive to the beach. It’s a wonderful place to disconnect, surrounded by lush landscape and hidden gems like two natural cenotes. That said, it's best to have a car or bike to get around from this area. Also note: Tulum is experiencing high growth and you’ll hear construction at times from surrounding developments and may experience power outages due to a lack of infrastructure. Both are outside of our control, and we cannot be held responsible. First time in Tulum? The property is surrounded by jungle, and our cleanliness standards are the highest, but that does not prevent the occasional insect from visiting. Keep this in mind before you book. Housekeeping rules to keep in mind: \- Please hang towels. Don’t leave them on the floor. \- Please throw the toilet paper in the trash basket and not in the toilet bowl to avoid plumbing problems. (Tulum has a sensitive eco-system) \- Close the doors and windows every time you leave. \- Turn off the fans and A/C whenever you leave. It only takes a few minutes to cool the environment again when you return. \- Take out the trash to the deposits on the left side of the guardhouse by the main entrance. \- Visitors are not allowed. Some essentials are provided, like toilet paper, garbage bags, soap, body wash & shampoo. Please note, these items are not replenished during the stay. Guests may need to climb stairs to access certain areas of the property. There are security cameras facing outside areas of the complex only. This is strictly for the safety and security of our guests. Complimentary cleaning is not included for extended stays. However, if you'd like the place cleaned, we can arrange that for an additional fee. (Laundry not included in the cleaning service) Please provide at least 48-hour advance notice. Rooftop terrace was an absolute bliss, surrounded by peace and nature. Place is very spacious, fully equipped and management was very helpful!
