The property was beautiful, and I loved the jungle theme. However, communication was difficult since staff didn’t speak English and were often unhelpful. I had no Wi-Fi throughout my stay, and the host was slow to respond. Essential supplies, like toilet paper and paper towel were delayed until my third day. I had to purchase my own. The private pool I paid extra for didn’t work despite multiple attempts to get assistance. However, There were a few things I enjoyed about this property. It was quiet and peaceful, and my boyfriend and I often felt like we had the place to ourselves. The amenities, including the rooftop pool, were always available. Everything was conveniently located nearby, from grocery stores, pharmacies, the beach, restaurants, clubs, and our excursions. Lastly, the property was in a tourist area surrounded by hotels, which made us feel more comfortable and safe. Overall, the property was beautiful and staff were respectful. However, the lack of communication, service, and basic amenities was disappointing.

el apartamento muy bonito y en muy buena posición cerca de todo. Lo que me esperaba, siendo un apartamento catalogado como alojamiento de lujo, era un poco más de insumos general. Por ejemplo para una estadía de una semana como la nuestra, no había nada para poder hacer limpieza del apartamento, había solo un trapeador sin detergente, ni una escoba, un pañito para limpiar o secar. Yo compre paños y insumos básicos que deje en el apartamento. Espero le pueda servir para mejorar la calidad de la estadía de los próximos huéspedes
