It is located in Aldea Zama condominium with access to a large shared pool. Away from the busy beach road but only a short distance for access to the beach clubs and public beaches. Exclusive Beach Club Access for our guests. This lovely apartment is uniquely designed to ensure a comfortable stay. This is an exceptional condo family\`s favorite since it has a crib so if you are traveling with kids you can be at ease. The style is perfect to make this condo a romantic getaway as well. Tastefully furnished and decorated like home and fully equipped condo, here you will not feel you are at just the condo ... this is going to be your home! Aldea Zama, the neighborhood in which this building is, is the closest residential area to the world-ranked beaches in Tulum. It gives you the added benefit of being able to stay within bicycle riding distance from the beach, but with all the modern conveniences! A car would be ideal of course, but that is true of every condo in Mexico. The benefit of the area is its proximity, and lower price compared to beachfront options. These condos are NOT on the beach but are CYCLING distance (About 2 miles door to sand). There are off-road cycling lanes that allow you to cycle safely cycle to the beach, Tulum ruins, and town. You can also rent a car ( for longer trips to see the sights ) or just take a taxi wherever you may need it. Clearly, a car is the most comfortable and convenient, but depending on your comfort level requirements, a bike could be all you need. Other important rules: \* Treat our property as if it were your own \* In the interests of maintaining a secure building, please never allow any to tailgate behind you at the doors to the street. \* Please do not throw toilet paper or trash in toilet.
