We have stayed at this property several times but this time when we first went into the bathroom there was a bug crawling in the tub there was mold and half of the tub was peeling and the top surface was gone. No one offered any assistance

The entire property smelled of mold/mildew. I would not recommend this property to anyone, there’s no way that it can be safe to stay inside and breathe the air for any extended period of time. I’m concerned for the people who have to work here in these conditions.

There was no hot water. Told front desk staff and was told that I was wrong and that there is hot water. Talked to other people who stayed same weekend, they didn't have hot water either.

The hotel offers great value for money, with clean rooms and exceptionally friendly staff. I was particularly impressed by the bellhop (I think he was a bellhop), who assisted me with my luggage but refused a tip. Overall, my stay was enjoyable, and I look forward to returning. While the hotel restaurant doesn't offer fine dining, it provides it is cozy and convenient.
