This two bedroom, two bath condo is the perfect choice for your next stay in Tucson! Beautiful wood-look tile floors throughout. Featuring an eclectic southwestern style and boasting superior views of the Catalina Mountains you will be immersed in all the best Tucson has to offer. The condo is fully stocked with all linens and the kitchen is also fully equipped, making it easy to whip up your favorite meal and then dine al fresco on the back patio as you watch the sunset turn the Catalina's into a colorful show of pink, gold, orange, blue and purple as the bright sunshine filled days of the Sonoran Desert turn into the perfect evening weather. There is unfortunately no fireplace use! Only decorative. The complex itself has a wide array of amenities as well, including pool and spa, fitness center, club house, tennis courts, and walking trails. You are also close to grocery shopping, fine dining, and some of Tucson's best hiking with a Ventana Canyon trail 98 right outside your door! Biking with Ventana Canyon, Sabino Canyon, and Mt. Lemmon all within walking or easy commuting distance. You are also right by The Greens at Ventana, one of Tucson's best eastside golf courses as well as the 49er's club - another popular eastside course. This condo is also located on the fist floor, making it easy to access and it features designated covered parking. If your looking for an upscale but casual atmosphere that exemplifies the unique experience and culture of the Tucson then you won't get a better view than the View at Ventana Canyon! Fireplace is not operational. House Rules \~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file. \~ Check-in time is at 4:00 PM \~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM \~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind \~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age. \~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap. \~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago. \~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. \~Utility caps apply. Cleaning/prep crew could do a better job before we arrived (missing paper towels, dirty dishes/cooking utensils, rancid cooking oil), but the management company was great & responsive. Condo amenities (hot tub, fitness center) were great. A "welcome to the rental" binder with important information (i.e. how to use the remotes! would help). My wife and I loved the layout, location, and amenities ! The pools were clean and clear, hot tubs were hot when the air got cool. The screened in porch was great for morning coffee and evening wine! It's exactly as described. Great views, very well-stocked kitchen, and a plus to have cable tv included. We had to buy a few supplies, but that would be expected for a longer term stay. Our only suggestion is that an upgrade of beds is needed. It's insulting to confront a plastic cover on a master bed - pillows were thick, uncomfortable foam. Kitchen is well equipped and check-in was easy. The only thing potential renters need to know is that this is a downstairs unit and you can definitely hear the noise of people walking around upstairs.We only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because there was dust in the corners and under beds...the cleaners definitely took a few shortcuts. But overall the place was clean where it mattered. No odors, bedding, furniture, kitchen, bathrooms, etc, were all clean. ##### Greg H. The view of the Mountains was wonderful from both inside the home and the patio. It is close to nearby stores and restaurants, yet you definitely feel part of the Catalina Hills while there. A Ventana Canyon hiking trail run right behind the condo. My only suggestion would be to have coffee filters available for the Mr. Coffee and Kleenex in the bathrooms. Unit was very clean but imo beds could use an update. Both are quite soft and (ahem) squeaky. The fitted sheet on my bed had been washed but had a stain just where I was laying so I changed the bedding. Unit is ground floor so there was quite a bit of noise from family of four that were there for the start of our stay. The View is the best feature of the unit, as is the small porch. Well equipped and tastefully decorated. This was a very comfortable condo and we hated to leave on our last day there. Close to the Lowe’s Ventana resort, and restaurants, and shopping. The views from the living room and porch are extraordinary. The kitchen was well supplied and had the little things that help make a stay enjoyable. The unit was well maintained and very comfortable. We did have frustrations with the management of the unit. We did not receive the entry instructions until the day before check-in (after multiple calls requesting this info). There was no paperwork providing house tips and do's and don'ts for the unit. Information and a map of the condo complex would have been useful as well. These are things that Casago can easily remedy and will contribute to a better experience for the visitor. ##### Dennis D.
